The Mrs was feeding young Joshua and thus I found myself semi-watching Loose Women, a daytime show on ITV where various silly women give their opinions on the great issues of the day. I bring you a gem today from presenter Ruth Langsford which again prompts me to ask God to send a shower of asteroids to rain down on Britain ending the sheer inanity of modern life.
"Thank goodness for soaps, they really are tackling the big issues"
I give up. Dear Lord if you have a minute to spare.....
