Sefton Resources (SER) was not the first London listed company that Jimmyliar Ellerton milked for personal gain and trainwrecked for shareholders. In the early 1990s he ran an outfit called Com Tek and in light of his current US legal case against Sefton I asked a Com Tek insider what happened next...
