If Tony Blair did irony he'd propose a new Middle East war 5 weeks ahead of Chilcot - Oh what?

On July 6 the long awaited Chilcot report into the Iraq war will be published. Many of us are convinced that the war was illegal and that "trust me I'm Tony," as well as the loathsome shit Jack Straw, repeatedly lied to MP s as well as to us all. Mr Blair's claim about Weapons of Mass Destruction was clearly just a blatant lie. And thus it has been leaked that Blair as well as Straw will get a thorough roasting from Lord Chilcot.

Comrade Corbyn, the current leader of the Labour party, called last year for Blair to be prosecuted for war crimes and is understood to be preparing to repeat that call post Chilcot. Naturally, comrade Corbyn will receive support for such a call from folks from across the political spectrum. If he could somehow find a way to get Mrs Cherie Blair, prosecuted as well, then Corbyn would become a national hero overnight. Surely the Wicked Witch must be some sort of accomplice? Wasn't Lady MacBeth arguably more guilty than her husband?

Against this backdrop Mr Blair has today called for Britain to send ground troops to the Middle East to fight ISIS on the ground. That would be the ISIS that grew as a result of the power vacuum created by whose illegal invasion of Iraq? Yes that ISIS.

It is hard to know where to start other than to say that whatever you think of the war criminal Blair, this must surely be an attempt at ironic gallows humour on his part and it really is a very good one.
