Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) is a scam and its advisors are clearly rattled. Panicked phone calls came in from its PR last night as the shares continue to slump. That is testimony to panic and today we have an announcement of a repricing of the dodgy covert placing which is quite simply another enormous stain on the reputation of the AIM Casino.
