As shares in the fraud Zoetic (ZOE) slid to a new year low today, this will have caused real pain for some of those holding shares on a CFD basis as they faced margin calls. Amazingly, more than 25% of the free float is held on margin and the largest single holder of CFDs is the proven liar John Story, with c6% of the company at risk of margin calls. We already know that Story has had to walk away from a couple of placing commitments he had made since early April due to his increasing margin pressure at Zoetic.

As a libertarian I look at an industry where 76% of customers lose money. Then I hail the King, that is the King of the spoofers, Mr Clem Chambers of Online Blockcrap (OBC) - as I also cover HERE. I look at Moss Bros (MOSB) and what its profits warning plus the problems at Byrons say about B2C stocks. I also comment on Sosandar (SOS), which we own, en passant. Finally I look at the IPO of Nuuvera on the TSXV ( a market that makes the AIM Casino look sober and well run) and what that means for FastForward (FFWD). I again explain why all cannabis stocks will not fly.

I am livid about something not stockmarket related so the season of goodwill is cancelled in this house. On the agenda today: Earthport (EPO), Audioboom (CRAP), Minoan (MIN), Fishing Republic (TOAST), the quoted CFD providers, Telit (TCM) and Stanley Gibbons (SGI).
