CIC Gold - Ooops the Boy Scout Mugger did it again

Oooops I did it again, said the boy scout mugger Stuart Bromley. Anmther day and another fuck up at Standard List posterboy CIC Gold (CICG), shares in which have been suspended since Novemver 3 2015 as it pursued an all paper RTO of a worthless brown field gold explorer Gobi.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: ITV News talking bollocks - the consumer meltdown is up & running

I start with a section on the African Potash (AFPO) fraud and how and why I need those who have lost cash to contact me to see if we can seek legal redress. I am proposing to fund two small claims cases to establish a precedent. If we win either or both its ramifications for AIM are massive. Then I look at woeful lies from fake newscasters at ITN but in a macro-economic session inspired by Next (NXT), Bovis (BVS) and Cambria Auto (CAMB) I look at now clear macro headwinds which are hitting the UK partly as a result of very bad calls by the twit Carney and the poltroon Osborne and his pea brained successor as Chancellor, Phil Hammond. How can you assemble a short portfolio on the back of that? I answer reader Tony, but also suggest another short portfolio. En passant I mention Infrastrata (INFA) as well as covering CIC Gold (CICG).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: On the toast rack are CIC Gold, xCite and Gulf Keystone & what's happening at TrakM8?

There may not be a bearcast tomorrow. It is all down to the arrival of the Mrs as I explain. Meanwhile I look at Gulf Keystone (GKP) and XCite (XEL). The best time to kick a man is when he is down. So says Evil Knievil. And that applies to these two oilers where events are moving fast and the shares are near enough certs to be toast already. CIC Gold (CICG) is in an even worse state and today's RNS is a shambles. The curse of boy scout mugger Stuart Bromley strikes again. It is doomed. Then I discuss what, if anything, is wrong at TrakM8 (TRAK). Then a question raised by the share price move on Friday at ADVFN (AFN).

CIC Gold - is the end imminent? Tell us about the accounts Scout mugger Bromley

Time and time again we have warned you that CIC Gold (CICG) would see investors lose everything. That is always the way with companies created by the Boy Scout Mugger, the loathsome Stuart Bromley. The shares are currently suspended on the Standard List following a joke RTO but the odds on them ever trading again are longer than that the Great Wall of China.

CIC Gold perhaps its main man might tell us about his failing bank: where's the money gone?

I have long pointed out that with the stench of Stuart Bromley surrounding it, CIC Gold (CICG) is a dog with fleas that no sane investor would wish to own. Its shares have duly tanked. I have flagged up before the interesting business past of COO His Excellency Ulambayar Barsbold which the LSE seems perfectly happy to ignore - clearly this chap is a fit and proper person to run a London listed company. So how does the LSE feel about the bank where His Excellency is CEO, Credit Mongol, see HERE

Tom Winnifrith Birthday Bearcast - Paul Scott Grotesque factual innacuracy

Paul Scott may be Britain's top share blogger but today he served up the sort of grotesque factual innacuracy which would put David Lenigas to shame. I start on that matter and Birthday communications with the younger generation. Then it is onto Afriag (AFRI) - Incoming! Watch this space. Then to Boohoo.com (BOO), Aquatic Foods (AFG), MX Oil (MXO), Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP), CIC Gold (CICG) and London Capital (LCG). I also mention, en passant, Kefi Minerals (KEFI)

CIC Gold – I am sure its advisers are on top of this – can we see the Due Diligence file on its proposed COO?

Shares in CIC Gold (CICG) are currently suspended on the Standard List of the LSE pending a proposed RTO which is a load of bollocks as I explain HERE. But what was also announced last week was that senior NED His Excellency Ulambayar Barsbold is to become COO. Righty ho. I am sure that the corporate advisor is fully briefed.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 17 October - Flip Flop Wrong again and the CIC Gold Disaster

In this podcast I explain why flip flop Ben Turney is wrong about cleaning up AIM. You dont need new rules or protections just the draconian implementation of existing rules against individuals (natch including Chris Oil). Then it is onto the court case next week and finally a demolition of CIC Gold (CICG)
