I explain again why Gary is wrong on that interview and suggest that unlessyou have been a CEO of a challenged PLC – I have – you don’t appreciate the bind the 4d Pharma (DDDD) board was in. Then the expose, another financing blunder, an offer rejected and why that decision caused investors to lose everything.

I start with the garden, before explaining why I am driving all the way to Greece – my rational decision is a canary in the coal mine of global inflation. I defend Neil Woodford against a low-grade Sunday Times journalist, with reference to 4D Pharma (DDDD). Then, I look at bonkers house prices and when the tears will start.

At 6.22 PM yesterday evening, 4D Pharma announced the reason for its “temporary” share suspension. It wasn’t a messy and discounted placing, as I suggested here, but administration. Shareholders will, I fear, lose everything. I discuss who is to blame, what can be done (nothing) and the read-across to a raft of other stocks that could go the same way, including Shield Therapeutics (STX), Cineworld (CINE), Petropavlovsk (POG), Verditek (VDTK) and more.

I start with a logistics issue, which may see Matthew and his dog suffer cold turkey on bearcasts for 3 or 4 days over the summer. I am working on it. Then, to 4D Pharma (DDDD), where young Gary is wrong in condemning the company; Lamprell (LAM); and Deepverge (DVRG), where I make reference to the earlier podcast special.

I have today been disinvited from the Woodford TTF event, so if you paid £75 to hear me, ask for your money back. I’m sure the FT’s happy, and I discuss what you will NOT now hear. I also discuss today’s April Fool on ShareProphets - which some of you fell for! Finally, I look at 4D Pharma (DDDD); Verditek (VDTK) – is that the Fat Lady I see?; Eden Research (EDEN), and the issue its auditors will have; and musicMagpie (MMAG), with today’s share price lurch in mind.

First of all i hope you listen to the first of my now weekly long premium video podcasts which went out late last night HERE. It was a lot of work recording as I explain in this bearcast. It also gives background on my thinking on Covid-19 and that brings me to Novacyt (NCYT) which has company specific issues which will blow it up as I explain in yesterday’s show and Open Orphan (ORPH) which is very well run and a great company but where I have sold my last shares. I explain why. I also look at Asiamet (ARS), Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), 4D Pharma (DDDD) and Big Dish (DISH). Finally if you have yet to donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks , the great day looms and we are now at 31% so please donate HERE

Warning: The podcast contains both bad language and also a lot of abuse directed at Australians.I start with the guys who run Slater & Gordon and accept that they can't be thrown to saltwater crocs who have not eaten since Christmas. shame. Its all down to geography. I then move onto the liar David Lenigas, Rare Earth Minerals (REM) and LGO Energy (LGO). Then to Bingo Bango Bongo (BGO) WTF is going on? Petroceltic (PCI) - the new Afren in every respect - and then to 4D Pharma (DDDD), Finally I dwell on the spectre of mass unemployment in certain sectors in China, the UK and the USA and what it means.
PS If you are a Slater & Gordon ambulance chasing lawyer now facing a P45 I have no sympathy - I look at the compensation you got for your clients - notably Savile victims - and how it related to your obscene fees, the costs to society of your activities and thus wish you a long stint on the dole.
