Today’s GM at Versarien (VRS) will no doubt pass resolutions allowing for the issue of a blizzard of confetti and a share consolidation. The alternative is insolvency before Christmas. In a verbose statement which shamed chairperson Dianne Savory will read out. It is what the woman who seems relaxed about other women being targeted and harassed, does not say which is a killer.

As I predicted it would, Versarien (VRS) has today called a GM to approve a capital re-organization which will see the par value of its shares slashed from1p to 0.1p. This is a precursor to yet another bailout placing at far closer to 0p than to 1p.

Seven years ago shares in Tiger Royalties and Investments (TIR) traded at 2p. Today they are 0.25p offer. As at June 30 2012 net assets were £4.4 million. Eight years later net assets were £360,000 and last week the company announced another £500,000 raise at just 0.21p. Enough is enough say shareholders owning just under 6% of the company who are now calling a GM to oust boss Colin Bird. Bird has yet to fess up to this via RNS, having received the letter two days ago, but happily Winnileaks has seen the requisition letter and thus I publish it below.

Iofina (IOF) has today issued an RNS via its morally bankrupt PR mothers at Yellow Jersey commenting on social media and press reports that the self-confessed bad boy of Brexit, Arron Banks, is calling a GM to oust useless chairman Lance Baller. Iofina says it has received no request and as such “ the Board believes that posting this type of information on social media, instead of by proper and legally permitted channels, to be wholly inappropriate and in potential violation of applicable law and regulation. Furthermore, the Board believes this action to be detrimental to shareholders of the Company as a whole.” Pompous knobheads.

I can reveal that papers have this afternoon been lodged in Dublin with Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR) calling for a second GM to install three new directors: Paul Johnson, Patrick O'Sullivan and Gervaise Heddle. But after the sodomising of democracy that was the last GM, this time the rebels are also calling for the sacking of Professor Richard Conroy and his sidekick Maureen Jones. I revealed on Sunday how Professor Richard Conroy had abused shareholder democracy at a sham of a GM for Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR). In preventing three rebels from joining the board when that is what shareholders clearly wanted he has shown himself no longer fit to run a PLC. I can only compare his pastoral care of shareholder rights at Conroy to that handed out by the Christian Brothers to their wards at so many boys homes across Ireland in darker days of old. The Professor shames Ireland and shames AIM with his antics. Conroy has today failed to fess up to exactly what went on and also what has happened since. Okay, he asked for this, the Sheriff of AIM needs to go to Dublin.

At 2 PM on Friday Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR) convened a GM called to fire six directors and install three rebels. What followed was such a shameful abuse of democracy that it shames AIM. Yes, even the Casino, has not seen such a disgraceful rogering of shareholder rights until now. Conroy has yet to RNS the result but I can now reveal what happened. And also make clear that Nomad Allenby has a duty to force change or must quit for this is a dark day for shareholder democracy. It is nothing short of appalling.

The GM of Bowleven (BLVN) took place at 11 AM yesterday. It could not have taken long to count the votes yet the board sat on the result until this morning. Treating shareholders with contempt, for the second time in 48 hours and the zillionth time since taking office,Kevin Hart et al served up a sour and graceless statement as they acknowledged defeat. But it was not a complete victory for the rebels.

I have already covered the admissions (HERE) and lies (HERE) flagged up in today's notice of a GM published by Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO). The great news is that the GM is on March 31 in London, a day when I shall be in the Capital. As the proud owner of 1 share bought earlier this week I shall be there for a bunfight.
