Diversified Gas & Oil - over to PWC to explain why its accounts must be restated

As I noted in my earlier bonus bearcast, Diversified Gas & Oil (DGOC) or its agents at Cenkos, Stifel and Mirabaud are almost certainly briefing the dumb fucker insitutions who own this stock that I do not understand IFRS 3 and so my claim that its accounts grotesquely overstate “profits” and must all be restated are hogwash. Au contraire…I now refer you to PWC.

Stellar Diamonds fools Digital Look with diamond discovery - it should be ashamed

The roll call of shame on today's RNS from Stellar Diamonds: Nomad Cairn Financial (Emma Earl, that name rings a bell), Broker Beaufort Securities (Jon Bellis), joint broker Peterhouse Corporate Finance (Martin Lampshire), Financial Advisers Mirabaud (Rory Scott), Pr St Brides ( Lottie Brocklehurst). The headline is "709 Carat Diamond Discovered in Sierra Leone." Fuck me: where do I buy Stellar shares? These guys have just discovered the 13th biggest diamond in the country's history. Fuck me again - where is my fucking stockbroker? Oh er hang on...

Atalaya Mining at 139p worth 175p?

Atalaya Mining (ATYM) the company once known as EMED has served up its Q3 results today and broker Mirabaud is quick off the blocks with a buy note. I know many of our readers are invested here. Though I have no strong view for what it is worth Mirabaud writes:

Atalaya - another detailed broker note you peasants are not meant to see: Mirabaud sees 98% upside

Another detailed broker note intended for sophisticated institutional investors not the great unwashed of the private investor community falls into my lap. A fucktard compliance officer earning as much as five NHS nurses, may soon force us to remove it but ahead of then, Mirabaud has cut its target price for Atalaya Mining (ATYM), formerly EMED, from 192p to 175p but with the shares at 88p that still offers 98% upside.

Tom Winnifrith bonus bearcast: The AIM casino disgrace that is MySQUAR, I name & shame

AIM casino dog with fleas MySQUAR (MYSQ) has today managed a small bailout placing as it teetered on the verge orf bankruptcy just 13 months after its IPO. The roll call name of shame includes pompous PR supremo Piers Pottinger who is a NED, Nomad SP Angel, brokers Mirabaud and Belfort Securities. The shares have plunged to 4p (60% down on the IPO) but are in fact worth 0p. This is a ZERO, an AIM uber-dog. I look at the red flags, talk you through the maths and name the guilty men, the establishment fuckers, the 1% who have made money as poor old private investors took it up the jacksie again. Yes I am angry and use some bad language.

Atalaya at 97.5p worth 192p claims broker Mirabaud

All brokers talk: nonsense/their own book/up corporate clients/up clients they want to become corporate clients. As such all research can safely be ignored. On that basis here is the Mirabaud buy note from today on Atalaya (ATYM) c/o of its PR firm Walbrook. I publish only because I kind of think the story actually does add up.

Phorm – who is playing dirty?

Last week AIM Cesspit listed Phorm (PHRM) was presenting to potential investors at the offices of its London broker Mirabaud. Among those to whom it presented was the bear raider Evil Knievil. I have a lot to say on this AIM Cesspit listed enterprise but let’s start by getting dirty.

Mr Knievil called me in great excitement on Friday. What aroused my interest was a claim he made that he had been told in the meeting that Phorm reckons that Google was engaged in some sort of dirty tricks campaign against it so terrified was the web giant of the threat posed to it by or AIM listed minnow – a company that has in six years ploughed its way through $328 million. Its last reported results (interims) showed revenues of $28,545.

Instinctively, as I noted yesterday
