Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The 2 Sheriffs of AIM head to head on ScotGold — sadly it's the bogus one in charge of regulation

In a long podcast today I consider: Alien Metals (UFO), Supply@ME Capital (FRAUD), ScotGold (SGZ), Itsarm (ITS), Versarien (VRS), Microsaic (MSYS), Cellular Goods (CBX), Persimmon (PSN) as a buy and the pathetic bogus Sheriff of AIM, Mr Marcus Stuttard.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - is it time to stop kicking the shit out of Amur Minerals?

In today's bearcast I digress with some Booker family geneology but I discuss blue chip yield plays including Glaxo SmithKline (GSK) but then real estate plays such as British Land (BLND)  and finally the housebuilders notably Persimmon (PSN) and Crest Nicholson (CRST). Then I look at the scandal that is Mercantile Ports (MPL), TekCapital (TEK) and finally, in some detail, Amur Minerals (AMC).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - we have just bought just under 0.5% of an AIM listed company

In today's podcast I look at the US mid-terms and why they should make you bet heavily on #Trump2020. I look at Cabot Energy (CAB), Totally (TLY) in great detail at JD Wetherspoon (JDW) at why Persimmon (PSN) fired the wrong man in Jeff Fairburn and I reveal which AIM company we have just bought circa half a per cent of and exactly why. Don't laugh Wildes.

Tom Winnifith Bearcast - Will the Lombard crew be prosecuted for fraud & I'd rather not write in ignorance like Cynical Bear

It is a day off from training, after yesterday's ten mile walk. My 75 year old coach, Brian Basham, says I must rest my muscles. I restart again tomorrow but how about you donate a tenner to a great cause and sponsor me HERE? Meanwhile i discuss Cynical Bear's latest piece written in ignorance on Big Sofa (BST). He might be right and I may be wrong. So far he has called it right. But what we do know is that he is guessing and writing in ignorance, I'd rather not do that. Then I look at fund managers making pathetic excuses for their own failure over Persimmon (PSN). Finally after today's shocking Lombard (LRM) expose HERE I ask will the authorities finally hold individuals to account to show they really want to stamp out fraud.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I hope Persimmon's Mr Fairburn tells the fat cat fund managers where to stick it & keeps his £110m

The scandal over fat cat bonuses at Persimmon (PSN) is something that we were the first to expose back in September of last year way before the national press got onto the case. The real villains are the Government but also the overpaid and negligent City fund managers who agreed to this scheme. They are now trying to shift the blame onto the bosses, notably CEO Jeff Fairburn, but this is about blame shifting not what is in the best interests of shareholders. I then look at wider market wobbles mentioning, en passant, IQE (IQE), SnapChat and other examples of lunacy.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - in praise of Waseem Shakoor

Waseem has a few wise things to say and I note why I always listen to him even if he is being beastly about a stock I own. Do you really benefit from closing your ears to a contrary viewpoint from a guy who is more often right than wrong? No. Elsewhere I look at how gravity cannot be defied forever and Inspirit (INSP), Avanti Comms (AVN), I3 Energy (I3E). Then I answer a question on Falanx (FLX) where I am long and very happy as results loom, about Snoozebox (ZZZ) which has gone tits up (Sheriff 1, Cynical Bear 0) and finally what to make of the Persimmon (PSN) statement.
