Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 2 thoughts about my dad, 2 bankruptcies predicted for 2024 and a Kefi thought

I start with a couple of thoughts about my Dad prompted by events today and on Sunday. Then it is onto Tingo (FRAUD) and questions for the FCA and Deloitte, Canadian Overseas (COPL), Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), musicMagpie (MMAG) and Superdry (SDRY)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: don't tell the BBC but it is absolutely pissing it down here in Greece

The BBC reckons Greece will be a desert in a few years. In August rainfall here was thrice the average for the month. Today’s storm which you can hear as I record will drop more rain in one day than the whole of September norm. I also discuss Superdry (SDRY), Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) and the knobheads at the FCA and Regtech Open (RTOP), the most overvalued share in London.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: A day of amazing bravery and triumph for me at the Greek Hovel

Happy Good Friday from Greece. I describe my amazing triumph and then go on to discuss Carnival (CCL), Superdry (SDY), Minoan (MIN), Mirriad (MIRI), Ince Group (INCE), how companies that admit they are failing end up in a vicious circle and more. There may not be a Bearcast Saturday, it all depends on what time I make it back to Wales.

BOMBSHELL: The FCA & AIM regulation fail to act on Versarien lies as Superdry deal shown to be a nothing

I now have it double sourced that the supposed deal between Versarien (VRS) and Superdry is just bull. It is dead. Not that it was ever alive. What is even more shocking is how the regulators have treated this allegation that Versarien has lied to investors.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the silence of Superdry and the sleaze at Nightcap - surely this is a 0/10 for G (as in ESG)

I start with news of two birthdays. Then I look at today’s Superdry ramp from Versarien (VRS), at Wildcat (WCAT), where the FCA has already responded to  my missive, and at Nightcap (NGHT) where what I have revealed today is legal but surely stinks to high heaven making the shares utterly uninvestable.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: is my old chum Paul Atherley suffering from Islingtonitis, Guardian reading derangement syndrome?

In today’s podcast I look at Pensana Rare Earths (PRE), Verditek (VDTK), Zenith Energy (ZEN), Inspirit (INSP) where there is a rebellion about to break out and, natch, I back the rebels, Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and Superdry (SDRY).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: A German Deal for Purplebricks - the land of milk & Hun-ny?

First things first - we have almost raised the £2,500 needed for the Woodlarks Christmas grotto. I am sure you can spare a fiver to get us over the line HERE. Secondly, I am in London tomorrow and on the warpath and hope to see many of you HERE.  I was distracted today doing a radio interview with my friend and hero the great Kelvin McKenzie of "gotcha!" fame. That covered Patisserie Holdings (CAKE) and fraud and I continue with that theme. I also look at Superdry (SDRY), First Derivatives (FDP), Frontera (FRR) and Purplebricks (PURP).
