I have already donated to the crowdfunding appeal of AllAgents.co.uk but will make another donation today. And I ask that you consider doing so to and encouraging others to chip in. You may remember that Purplebricks (PURP) sent fascist lawyers letters to Allagents.co.uk demanding it remove bad, but genuine, reviews from its website.

Yesterday I flagged up the crazy valuation of Doorsteps.co.uk and how, egged on by some misleading marketing, it had managed to raise large sums on crowd funding website Crowdcube. Thus it now has cash - which it will burn fast on its flawed business model - but which will put even more pressure on prices and volumes at Purplebricks. Sadly it is not an isolated case. Yesterday I discussed Doorsteps.co.uk which claims that it will flog your house for £99. I now look more closely at its history and the utterly shameless way that Crowdcube raised £400,000 for it; at the fact free and unquestioning BJ's its 19 year old founder has received from Fleet Street and speculate about how bad its metrics really are. That it has raised cash so easily is bad news for Purplebricks as it is now funded to nibble at its market share and so will be others until they all go bust. But it will be too late for Purplebricks by then. I then have hot gossip on Telit (TCM) which shows up the FT's dictation from PR men taking hacks for the fools they are and reinforces the shorting case big time. I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), both need to place ASAP and in both cases it will be ugly. I also remind you again what UKOG is NOT saying.

Leading independent estate agents review website AllAgents.co.uk is taking on Purplebricks (PURP) after it tried to stop it publishing genuine but negative reviews, as we revealed HERE. AllAgents has now launched a £50,000 crowdfunding appeal. I have donated - will you?

A crowdfunding appeal has been launched to take Jason Drummond & Nilesh Jagatia of Teathers (TEA) infamy to the High Court over a previous debacle Purple Lounge & AIM listed (now bust) Media Corp. It is claimed that investors were misled and also that client funds at Purple Lounge went missing. The allegations, and at this stage they are allegations, are very serious indeed.

Honestly you could not make this up. Convicted felon & libeller Aidan Earley, of Worthington (WRN) - now in liquidation - infamy, has responded to his new found fans, largely Cloudtag (CTAG) owning morons, by setting up a crowdfunding appeal to help fight me in the Courts. Used to chucking their moiney down the pan so far, 28 morons have sent £1,114 to Mr Earley. He won't believe his luck in finding folks who are so stupid.

I do not hold out much hope for this bunch and they should have heeded my oft repeated advice to sell their shares instead of insulting me. However it seems as if some Afren (AFR) shareholders want to fight on and nail the directors. In that - since I instinctively have no time for City fat cats I wish the Afren Legal Action Group (ALAG) the best of luck and if they can make the lives of directors who earned a fortune but failed, more miserable this Christmas that has to be a good thing don't you think? Nicola Horlick, the most self important person in the City, who dubbed herself "Superwoman" is these days running a Crowdfunding operation called Money&Co. I shall turn to its woes later today but suffice to say that between its inception on 10 June 2013 and March 31 2015 (the last published accounts) it had racked up losses of £4,056,267 - money that had been stumped up largely by outside investors beguiled by La Horlick. But before we turn to that car crash in waiting, there is the little matter of £50,000 that Nicola needs to explain away.

You could not make this up but fraudster Rob Terry is getting into crowdfunding working alongside Peter Shea, the boss of disgraced ex AIM Casino listed China fraud specialist Daniel Stewart (DAN). It was, of course, Daniel Cesspit that listed Quindell on a fraudulent prospectus and signed off of the fraudulent deals with TMC Southern, that conjured up entirely fictitious profits for Quenron in 2011. The SFO will sooner or later arrest Terry and he's going to jail, but it seems as if Shea is determined to implicate himself by association.
