Reviews site AllAgents has raised £40,615 - needs another £9,385 by 12.30 PM Tuesday to fight Purplebricks in court, please help

I have already donated to the crowdfunding appeal of AllAgents.co.uk but will make another donation today. And I ask that you consider doing so to and encouraging others to chip in. You may remember that Purplebricks (PURP) sent fascist lawyers letters to Allagents.co.uk demanding it remove bad, but genuine, reviews from its website.

Another shocker from Crowdcube, another nail in the coffin for Purplebricks

Yesterday I flagged up the crazy valuation of Doorsteps.co.uk and how, egged on by some misleading marketing, it had managed to raise large sums on crowd funding website Crowdcube. Thus it now has cash - which it will burn fast on its flawed business model - but which will put even more pressure on prices and volumes at Purplebricks. Sadly it is not an isolated case. Meet I Am The Agent Limited.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the horrid truth behind Doorsteps.co.uk, a crowdfunding scandal and hot Telit gossip

Yesterday I discussed Doorsteps.co.uk which claims that it will flog your house for £99. I now look more closely at its history and the utterly shameless way that Crowdcube raised £400,000 for it; at the fact free and unquestioning BJ's its 19 year old founder has received from Fleet Street and speculate about how bad its metrics really are. That it has raised cash so easily is bad news for Purplebricks as it is now funded to nibble at its market share and so will be others until they all go bust. But it will be too late for Purplebricks by then. I then have hot gossip on Telit (TCM) which shows up the FT's dictation from PR men taking hacks for the fools they are and reinforces the shorting case big time. I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), both need to place ASAP and in both cases it will be ugly. I also remind you again what UKOG is NOT saying.

Crowdfunding appeal launched to take Jason Drummond & Nilesh Jagatia of Teathers infamy to court over Purple Lounge & Media Corp

A crowdfunding appeal has been launched to take Jason Drummond & Nilesh Jagatia of Teathers (TEA) infamy to the High Court over a previous debacle Purple Lounge & AIM listed (now bust) Media Corp. It is claimed that investors were misled and also that client funds at Purple Lounge went missing. The allegations, and at this stage they are allegations, are very serious indeed.

NO JOKE: Cloudtag Morons rush to hand their cash to criminal Aidan Earley crowdfund appeal

Honestly you could not make this up. Convicted felon & libeller Aidan Earley, of Worthington (WRN) - now in liquidation - infamy, has responded to his new found fans, largely Cloudtag (CTAG) owning morons, by setting up a crowdfunding appeal to help fight me in the Courts. Used to chucking their moiney down the pan so far, 28 morons have sent £1,114 to Mr Earley. He won't believe his luck in finding folks who are so stupid.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 4 bubbles that are a bursting

The reference to Lego and the Daily Mail is HERE. In today's podcast I look at four bubbles that are bursting in a demonstrable way: bonds, residential property, crowdfunding - where the returns are shockingly bad - and health wristbands.

BREAKING: Afren Shareholders seek crowdfunding to pursue directors in Court

I do not hold out much hope for this bunch and they should have heeded my oft repeated advice to sell their shares instead of insulting me. However it seems as if some Afren (AFR) shareholders want to fight on and nail the directors. In that - since I instinctively have no time for City fat cats I wish the Afren Legal Action Group (ALAG) the best of luck and if they can make the lives of directors who earned a fortune but failed, more miserable this Christmas that has to be a good thing don't you think? ALAG has written to its members thus:

Nicola Horlick's Crowdfunding enterprise Money&Co - how close is it to insolvency?

The Crowd Funding bubble is yet to claim a high profile casualty but after a long strong of business disasters, not least investing £33 million of other folks cash with Bernie Madoff, could the self proclaimed "Superwoman" Nicola Horlick deliver the first big disaster with Money&Co? Yesterday I documented two very odd ways that cash raised from investors was heading to La Horlick, the dodgy £50,000 gift (oops I mean loan) HERE and the Bramdean payments that don't add up HERE. Now let's look at the accounts of Denmark Hill, the owner of Money&Co.

Self proclaimed City Superwoman Nicola Horlick tell us about the £50,000 of other folks cash & that dodgy loan?

Nicola Horlick, the most self important person in the City, who dubbed herself "Superwoman" is these days running a Crowdfunding operation called Money&Co. I shall turn to its woes later today but suffice to say that between its inception on 10 June 2013 and March 31 2015 (the last published accounts) it had racked up losses of £4,056,267 - money that had been stumped up largely by outside investors beguiled by La Horlick. But before we turn to that car crash in waiting, there is the little matter of £50,000 that Nicola needs to explain away.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Answering the Question asked by the Daily Mail

I prepare for a celebration lunch with lefties in the grim North. Woe is me. But my mind wanders to what else was happening in 1966? I am really not on the ball today. Then I ask how can we say that investors are protected if fraudster Rob Terry can raise cash for his Knob Park ponzi via crowdfunding? Then I answer the question in today's Daily Mail (a loathsome rag) - in a low interest rate era should you pay off your mortgage?

Rob Terry's Quob Park Ponzi gets into Crowdfunding with delisted Daniel Stewart

You could not make this up but fraudster Rob Terry is getting into crowdfunding working alongside Peter Shea, the boss of disgraced ex AIM Casino listed China fraud specialist Daniel Stewart (DAN). It was, of course, Daniel Cesspit that listed Quindell on a fraudulent prospectus and signed off of the fraudulent deals with TMC Southern, that conjured up entirely fictitious profits for Quenron in 2011. The SFO will sooner or later arrest Terry and he's going to jail, but it seems as if Shea is determined to implicate himself by association.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 13 September: Greek Election, interest rates, and Hotel Corp - bad language warning

In today's podcast I look at the Greek Election next week. The voting is irrelevant, Angela Merkel will remain in charge whoever wins. Greece is still fucked and I explain why. Then it is onto interest rates in the US and UK - the FOMC meets on Thursday. Then asset bubbles and crowdfunding - an en passant mention for Vitesse Media. Finally to Hotel Corp (HCP) and the disgraceful smear compaihn by crony capitalist motherfucker Derek Short and Shore Cap against Marcus Yeoman. I have some bad news for Short & Shore Capital. Warning: this section contains some bad language.
