The case for suing Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald over the African Potash (AFPO) fraud builds. It may be that CEO Lyin Chris Cleverley is also sued by shareholders who lost out although it is suspected that he has little in the way of assets so it may be worth sticking with Cantor.
