It is very rare that the LSE censures any company but the most explicit and damming censure was for Minmet(MNT). The lawyer who acted on all of its deals which brought the company was Julian Hamilton Barns. I have referred to the Minment Scandal and to mr Hamilton Barns being of Minmet infamy. JHB is now trying to fund another company - Athabasca Resources and so wants my comments withdrawn and me to be barred from commenting again. The injunction hearing is on Thursday.
