Alpha Growth – another shocking example of the poor behaviour on the Standard List of the LSE Main Market

Another shocker from the Sub Standard list and once again Pello Capital, the broker formerly known as Cornhill, home to some real low-life scumbags, the sort of imbeciles who troll you on Facebook, is involved. That is a red flag for starters.

Winnileaks Exclusive: Bahamas Petroleum responds to ShareProphets & dissembles

Earlier today I revealed that Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) was trying to raise $25 million. It could not do it at 1.4p so is now trying at 1.2p and that it has had to rope in bucket shop brokers such as Novum and Cornhill shows that it is struggling. The company has responded but, thanks to Winnileaks, it has dissembled as I demonstrate  with an email that has fallen into my hands as you can see below.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The Horse Hill Maths that just don't stack up for UKOG and that $15 million placing by Cornhill "outed"

On the agenda today as I prepare for my weekly coffee morning with my baby son Joshua and the fit young mums is: Andalas (ADL) a joke broker note, MySquar (MYSQ) another RNS which is all smoke and mirrors and a desperate attempt to prop up the shares but SP Angel refuses to force the company to come clean on the lies in the last RNS and the fraud. Pathetic. I look at Interserve (IRV) and its latest dire news. We did warn you. I "out" the company that was truing to raise $15 million via Cornhill yesterday. I look at former ZAI clients whose days on AIM are numbered and finally I read across from yesterday's Horse Hill trade involving Regency (RGM) and Alba (ALBA) to show just how monstrously overvalued is, out of cash and desperate to place,  UK Oil & Gas (UKOG)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Another slam dunk lie in the MySquar trading statement - time for correction number 2

Oh dear, oh dear. This is pretty simple maths although clearly beyond the wit of clueless Nomad SP Angel but in this podcast I demonstrate clearly another slam dunk lie in the MySquar (MYSQ) trading statement of last week and corrected version of this week. Time for another correction? But it gets worse. I remind you of what SP Angel needs to establish to show that MySquar only breached AIM Rules rather than committing wholesale fraud (ref July sales) but now suggest that its claims re September comparatives might bear scrutiny as well. And there are some very fishy rumours coming out of Singapore that SP Angel might consider as it decides whether to quit or not.  I move on to cover Paternoster Resources (PRS) after its latest bad news and explain why its NAV is illusory and then ask readers for help in outing which oil & gas stock Cornhill is raising $15 million for today at a discount of 12% to some share price or another.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Cornhill fined over New World Scandal but the real villains escape

Sorry this is so late. I am meant to be taking a few days off with the Mrs and Joshua but I am also feeling very much under the weather. Better late than never here is my take on how the LSE has fined broker Cornhill £300,000 over the New World Oil & Gas (NEW) scandal. Where does this leave Cornhill? What about other brokers? The real issue is that the real villain of this tale, of which criminal Chris Oil was just one, appear to have got off Scot free

Golden Saint Resources raises £400,000 to keep paying crony capitalists but where are its fecking results?

Last year Golden Saint Resources (GSR) waited until it got a placing away in late May to announce its piss poor results. It needed extra cash to satisfy the auditors that it was solvent, let alone a going concern. This year it seems that broker Cornhill could not bring itself to stiff its clients again - hats off to Frangos and team for showing some integrity. But bucket shop- SVS Securities has no such qualms and has raised £400,000 gross ( £371,000 net of fees to crony capitalists) at 0.07p. So I guess we can now see the results soon.

Andalas Energy - Disgusting Greed, Cornhill, gaps in the AIM document & cash crisis looming

I suspect that few of those idiotic enough to take part in the 0.2p £2.6 million placing by Andalas Energy (ADL) will have bothered to read as far as page 113 of the AIM readmission document. Prepare to be horrified.

Want to join Tom Winnifrith & Lucian Miers as we storm London Stock Exchange AGM 27 April?

The complacent and overpaid useless bastards who run the London Stock Exchange (LSE) hold an AGM at the Bankers Hall on Cornhill in the City at 10 AM on 27 April. I shall be there with a share certificate and passport and so cannot be denied access. Last year the press office lied to me and blocked my entry.

Breaking: Andalas: Crim Dave Whitby using Cornhill to try to raise £2 million at sub 0.55p - AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

In a mad rush given that it could be booted off the AIM casino on Friday, Andalas Energy (ADL) is - according to my sources trying to raise £2 million at between 0.45p and 0.55p - that compares to 1.3p just prior to suspension. Rule breaking low life dirtbag CEO Dave Whitby has engaged  commission hungry/ethics light brokers at Cornhill to bring in the cash, promising them market beating commission plus warrants - a package worth several hundred thousand quid if they can stiff their clients and back this issue. For mug punters the maths just do not stack up.

Magnolia Petroleum meaningless ramptastic trading update - is it insolvent yet?

Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) today announced that its sole broker is now Cornhill which means that a deeply discounted placing is imminent. A ramptastic trading statement has spiked the shares by 11% to 0.18-0.23p and that may help but investors need to ask how close is Magnolia to insolvency.
