Tom Winnifrith Video Shareshow No 25: More than two and a half hours of Bell, Bailey, Newman, Somerville and share tips

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, a sparky interview with Red Rock Resources (RRR) boss Andrew Bell and then a detailed four way with myself, Chris Bailey, Gary Newman and Nigel Somerville on all things mining. Which metals are the ones to be in and why and how to play that. If you invest in mining stocks this show is for you..You can access the show HERE

AsiaMet Resources- Is it run by total #ARS (es)? (TW Note, No! Peter is talking out of his ARS)

First it is Peter Brailey: My colleagues Tom Winnifrith and Gary Newman have provided opinion on the investment case of AsiaMet Resources (ARS) for some time. I think it is fair to say both see good potential upside. I remained on the fence watching. But I do see downside on the company’s social media strategy and I do not like it at all. It’s made me get off the fence – I will not invest until the company acts with a moral code I can agree with.

Tom Winnifrith Video Shareshow No 19: Three hours of 2 CEO's in the doghouse and Gary Newman on AIM shares that are flying

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, some sparky interviews with 2 CEOs of companies where I own shares and bought more after these interviews: Eldur Olafsson of AEG Gold (AEXG) and Andrew Bell of Red Rock Resources (RRR). In both cases I explain why I bought more. Then it is Gary Newman on small caps, oil stocks and mining stocks, where there is value and what he is buying. You can access the show HERE

GCM Resources – the end or the beginning of the end or perhaps neither

Gary Newman got much grief in times gone by for warning folks about this dog. Today, I imagine he will be enjoying extra ouzo with his fishcakes as the shares were suspended from AIM as the one month notice period of, now, former Nomad Strand Hanson came to a close. But what next?

Photo Article: Gary Newman lands a monster, no fisherman's tale

You may have noticed that Gary Newman is not filing a lot of copy. His wretched and pathetic excuse is that he is on his day job as a fishing journalist and is out in the field, or, to be precise, the seas offshore Kenya. And in case you think anglers always exaggerate when it comes to size here is our man with a sailfish he caught earlier…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Is there something Manolete wants to tell us all?

It was on July 10 that we published an explosive dossier on Manolete (MANO ) warning that its shares would fall by 66%. It responded with a wankerish statement insulting ShareProphets and which was full of waffle. Its shares are tanking today and are now down 40%+ since our report. is there anything it wishes to say?  Elsewhere I look at Symphony Environmental (SYM) and Covid madness, at Brighton Pier (PIER) and the maths of the hospitality industry and finally take on Gary Newman on Red Rock Resources (RRR) suggesting he is blinded by #BellDerangementSyndrome and so cannot look at facts. What would Red Rock trade at if it had a different boss I wonder?

Hurricane Energy – surely the case against the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood is now beyond doubt?

Today’s latest disastrous news from Hurricane Energy (HUR) is covered by Gary Newman HERE. Gary and Peter Brailey, having been bulls in the distant past, have both been warning you for ages that this was a disaster waiting to happen. But as the shares have collapsed from 60p to just 3p over the past 15 months, one man has been steadfast in his support. Just as he was until the bitter end with the fraud Frontera (FRR), churning out comment after comment after comment suggesting quite explicitly that the shares were cheap. I refer, of course, to Fat Bastard, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood.

Tom Winnifrith Shareshow Number 7: Two and a half hours on gold as it hits record high, what to buy or should I play the "green revolution" instead?

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new, I hope, weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch some sparky interviews with Nigel Somerville on gold and where it goes next, on how to play the gold bull market, what stocks to buy and what non stocks to buy and how a gold bug positions the rest of his portfolio. Then Paul Atherley from a non gold miner, Pensana Rare Earths (PRE), a play on all this green shit everyone – bar me – seems to love. And I explain why I have bought Pensana shares even though I think man-made global warming is utter bunkum. Finally two stocks where the valuation is insane: Dev Clever (DEV) and Trainline (TRN). You can access the show HERE

Tom Winnifrith Shareshow No 6: 2 hours 17 mins of Richard Poulden on the collapse of the west and of empires, Kerim Sener of Ariana and me on [email protected] capital and 6 more shorts

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new, I hope, weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch some sparky interviews with Richard Poulden on the collapse of empires but also of the West at every level.  Also covered is the death of oil and how we should save our finances against such a backdrop and with Kerim Sener of Ariana (AAU). I also explain why [email protected] Capital (SYME) is a crooked zero and I review the six short ideas from the previous five shows, one of which is already a zero.

Tomco shares suspended, will rescue placing be pulled as it appears company has been very naughty indeed in the truth department

Oh dear,. Oh dear, this looks very grim for Tomco (TOM). Gary Newman slated the heavily discounted bailout placing at 0.4p announced first thing.  But it seems that Tomco has been telling porkies and at 2.52 PM its shares were suspended pending an announcement. What will that say “ We are scumbags and fucking liars!” would be my suggested headline.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast:this banking crisis looming will be secondary

If you missed it yesterday all the videos from the Shareprophets shares conference are now up for review and will stay there until Christmas. The content really is amazing and you can still get a ticket HERE Then, prompted by Gary Newman boasting about how he is the new Jamie Oliver, I discuss whether consumer behaviour really will change for good. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Eurasia owning morons lay into poor Gary Newman for speaking the truth with hard analysis

In today’s bearcast I discuss how little shorting actually takes place on the AIM Casino, I look at Eurasia (EUA) where the slience is deafening, Versarien (VRS) and at Hammerson (HMSO) where Andrew Monk should thank me for warning him off but should NOT be tempted to bottom fish after the dividend is cut this week. And 8% yield, post cut, is still illusory. Finally, I again ask you to sponsor the , now 5, Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Now another CEO wants my critical voice silenced

In today’s podcast I discuss Mark Slater, his pay and his views on the pay of others. I look at a row between Justin the Clown and Gary Newman. Suffice to say the Clown is acting like a total tit and is 100% wrong. I discuss Kier (KIE), something missing in the Sheikh on the Make scandal at Oracle Coalfields (ORCP) – not just brain cells in the case of those buying the shares, and at Plutus Powergen (PPG) and its free speech-denying boss.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Premier African shares soar on spoof newspaper articles (below)

Align bust up is funny but the spooof newspaper articles Gary Newman alerts us to below about Premier African (PREM) are hilarious. But some folks believe them and the shares up up 71%. Bonkers. Elsewhere I look at fund outflow at Miton Group (MGR) and what that all means and at the most overvalued ramps on AIM: Versarien (VRS) and Bidstack (BIDS) where Cynical Bear thinks there is no need for it to warn that it will miss broker forecasts by a mile even though he accepts it will. Strange man.

Letter to Nomad Cairn Financial re ADM Energy: why were you party to deception and are you contacting the FCA

Shares in ADM Energy (ADME) are almost certainly, more or less worthless, as Gary Newman explained here. Those who paid c20p at peak “Sheikh on the Make hype”  for the shares must be spitting nails. The object of their anger should be Nomad Cairn Financial, of Cloudtag infamy, to whom I have written today cc’ing in AIM Regulation and the FCA. The letter follows.

Arian Silver, Pump, Dump, Feed the Board, Pump, Dump, Rinse & Repeat

Our very own Gary Newman nailed this spot on at the weekend flagging up that an almighty pump in Arian Silver (AGQ) was underway. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: In (partial) defence of Colin Bird at Xtract Resources

This will not make me popular. If you want to see me going for someone who really deserves it I stick the boot into the war criminal and Brexit denier Tony Blair in a podcast on Tom Winnifrith.com HERE. As to Colin Bird of Xtract Resources (XTR) which we own thanks to the blinding stupidity of Gary Newman & Steve Moore, the lynch mob is out after last week's hugely discounted placing. I am not defending my friend Colin entirely, nor am I tipping the shares, but I think some folks are not giving him credit for some of what he has done to rescue a company that was bust and are not putting his actions in context as I explain in full.

2016 in review: our top 30 articles and Tom's ten most read non financial pieces

As the year draws to a close it is only natural that we look back on the past twelve months. And it has been twelve months of achievement. It is a great achievement in that our writers have continued to write exactly what they want without any editorial interference. So Cynical Bear & Gary Newman have knocked shares I own. So what? We really do support free speech.  And it has been a year when we have "dealt with" more frauds and lies on the AIM casino and the main market than ever before. That really is the USP of ShareProphets.

Tom Winnifrith bearcast: you vote should I sack Gary Newman & Steve Moore on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day

In this podcast I revisit the vexed subject of Xtract Resources (XTR) which begs the question of when exactly I should sack Gary Newman and Steve Moore. Having seen a Christmas Carol last night I am inspired by my hero Scrooge, that is to say before he got all soppy, Guardian reading and pathetic in his old age. I also comment on Sula (SULA) with whom I met up yesterday.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 11 December - I prove I'm an optimist - putting cash in a Greek bank

Yes I have indeed done just that, or I think I have. The olive harvest saga continues and the snow has started on the mountains above the Greek Hovel, pictures later. In this podcast I look at Jabba The Hutt ramping Afriag (AFRI) and warn you what will happen next. Thanks to Paul Scott for his help on this one. I know that Gary Newman is a fan but I just do not get Fishing Republic (FISH) at all - the red flags are now highlighted. The Crony Capitalist City parasistes trousered fees of £550,000 ( two years after tax profits) from a £1.5 million fund raise at IPO (with directors pocketing £106,000) but I somehow suspect investors will not propser with this AIM casino chip.

It is that birthday week for Darren & I again and New Year Thoughts

Once again it is that week when Darren Atwater and I both turn one year older. Last Monday the pizza hardman turned 47. I stop being 46 this Monday coming up and as it is the start of the year you naturally think about what you have achieved and what you want to achieve.

We are getting older. Perhaps as importantly our parents are getting pretty old now – Darren’s in Canada, mine in Shipston. As they all head towards eighty you have certain thoughts. I guess both Darren and I are also contemplating that we are closer to retirement age than to the start of our careers. In his quiet way he still has a bit more hunger than I do to achieve and conquer. I think I’m well past that now.

Professionally we can look back two years with some satisfaction. We have

blinkx – I disagree with Gary as it is a sell & my top three stocks to short on AIM

Yesterday my colleague Gary Newman argued HERE that at 66p shares in blinkx (BLNX) were a buy. I respect Gary but disagree with him, this company is not worth £264 million. The shares remain a sell.

I start on the fundamental basis that Ben Edelman accused blinkx of engaging in illegal activities. blinkx blustered and used lawyers to bully. But it has failed to deal with Edelman’s core allegations and has not actually instigated legal proceedings against him. Watch the Edelman UK Investor Show video HERE and see what you think.

Now if Edelman is correct you really have to question the quality of earnings and earnings visibility here – as such I’d put blinkx on a very lousy PE.

blinkx does at least have $126 million cash
