The rule here in North Wales is that you need to call our local surgery over in England at 8 AM to get an appointment. The Mrs has had a chesty cough for three weeks so – according to in the interweb – needs some antibiotics and thus a scrip. So she started calling at 8 AM. The line was engaged.

I start with the 3% pay rise for all employees of the envy of the world which once employed the late Harold Shipman. It is quite dreadful. Then I look at Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), Parsley Box (MEAL) and Audioboom (BOOM).

My local MP Sarah Atherton has penned a column in the local free magazine here in Wrexham. I shall tonight, ignore every single advertiser in the publication and burn my edition of Essentials Magazine, something I will now do every month until this wretched woman loses her seat. And now for that apology

Yes that Martin McGuinness, a man who murdered people. A man who was a senior commander in the IRA which killed folks ranging from a 6 month old baby to numerous grandmothers and grandfathers, nurses, teachers, folks with no connection to the RUC or British Army, an organisation that engaged in systematic ethnic cleansing of Ulster Protestants. That Martin McGuinness.

She has a book to plug so best selling harpie Naomi Klein is doing the rounds of the liberal media to talk about what a complete bastard Donald Trump is. Okay she is Canadian but the accent is good enough, she is THE expert one needs to talk US politics. On Channel 4 Fake News, where they make up quotes by Donald Trump to show what a racist he is, Jon, "I hate the fucking Tories" Snow was asking the soft questions. Purring from the sidelines was Matt Frei who likes to accuse black vicars of being racist for supporting Trump.

No you can't say that Mr Winnifrith, please remember that all the doctors are saints. Okay GP's earn £100,000 on average and are in the top 1% of wage earners and even the junior greedy bastards, when not on strike, are in the top 21% as they do their apprenticeship but doctors are not in it for the cash. They do it because they are all fecking saints.
As such, please do not mention that a survey published today shows that a good number of NHS surgeries are still getting their mug customers ( sorry patients) to call them on premium rate phone lines costing up to 41p a minute.
Hmmm Mrs Jones,

My father and step mother spent most of yesterday afternoon at a Midlands Hospital for a routine chat with a consultant and pick up of medication. Late in the day he and my step mother retrned home, drained after a session with the world's third largest employer which left both fuming. I had a similar experience the other week here in Bristol. Say what you like about Harold Shipman but he does appear to have been ruthlessly efficient...he clearly did not fit in well in today's NHS.
My father and step mother who are both seriously ill arrived on time for a noon appointment. The consultant granted them an audience at 12.45. The consultant who was meant to be there was not and the stand in did not have any notes relating to the previous consultation
