Thanks to the hapless clowns at Northland losing (oops I meant surrendering) their license there are still a stack of stocks which will see their shares suspended on February 1 and booted off the casino for good on March 4 if they cannot find a replacement. The ten at risk are:

Northland yesterday ‘fessed up that it would be surrendering its Nomad license on 1st February. If you think that this “surrender” is a voluntary act you are the sort of person Nigerian Generals dream of adding to their email list. So 28 clients need to find a new Nomad to take them on and complete due diligence PDQ as DD takes a while and the Christmas holidays beckon. No new Nomad and the companies below will be slung off AIM.

On March 8 2018 I revealed how low life Nomad Northland had banked a fat fee for recommending that its client Eqtec ( EQT) take out death spiral financing from a proven fraudster. Worse still, the deal Northland thought fair was bound to destroy the share price as I explained at the time. Last week it got worse and the negligence of Northland is now almost criminal.

Hooray. After this week's doorstepping and podcast special and the work back in Bristol this is a great day. I suspect it is game over and discuss the probable demise of Folli Follie. Never buy a stock on a PE of 1. Elsewhere I look at rumours concerning Nomad Northland, at Echo Energy (ECHO), the fraud MySquar (MYSQ), my letter to Julie Meyer HERE, Sound Energy (SOU), Westminster Group (WSG) - with its revolting chairman ex Tory MP Tony Baldry - and Frontera (FRR) and its latest pre placing ramp. Now come on chaps, if you enjoy bearcast - and I know 1000 of you do every day - please donate £10 NOW to the Woodlarks charity walk - HERE

What a great day. Telit (TCM) is under investigation by the FCA and Eqtec (ETQ) has really screwed up although why can't its PRs tell the truth for once and admit that its change of strategy was because I caught them all with their pants down and exposed them? This scandal begs real questions of Nomad Northland - hey chaps have you handed back the £75,000 yet? I also look at Optibiotix (OPTI) where last week's share purchase looks all the more prescient after news today. I look at Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) which is a dog whatever Zac Phillips is paid to say. I comment on Quartix (QTX) - insider dealing or bad luck? I comment on cash strapped SalVarx (SALV) - time for Jim Mellon to get his wallet out again methinks. And I look at Quadrise (QFI) where a placing looks inevitable after today's debacle.

Obviously all that matters today is the rugby, the countdown to Ireland vs Scotland is now underway. After that I discuss crazy Labour plans to tax auto-checkouts at supermarkets and how one should react to change. Then it is onto the straw that is breaking my back as a camel and that of many other entrepreneurs - 6.5% pay rises for fat cat GPs on £100,000 a year for a 35 hour week. Then I reveal the real Eqtec (EQT) scandal, the appalling COI at disgraced Nomad Northland.

I realise that the crony capitalists round at Nomad Northland have a few things on their mind, such as who will pay the wages this month, but how on earth can they have signed off on the worst death spiral deal I have ever seen where the counter-party is a man who the SEC nailed for "defrauding investors." I despair.

So broker Beaufort is brown bread. But the fallout from its demise may only just be starting. Take a butchers at its last set of accounts (below) - note11 and, if you are an employee of Nomad Northland, start sweating...

When Fishing Republic (FISH) joined the AIM Casino at 15p in June 2015 it published an admission document bulging with red flags which I pointed out in numerous articles HERE. But brokers Northland pumped the stock shamelessly up to well over 40p to get away more placings. But today the shit hit the fan with a shock (lack of) profits warning but the maggots are only now starting to emerge. At 22.5p this is a zero in waiting.

Management Resource Solutions (MRS) has today been fined £125,000 (reduced to £85,000 for co-operating with the LSE) for lying to investors back in 2015. But this is a whitewash and a cover-up protecting the establishment. The LSE notes that only the FD remains from 2015 and finds he was blameless. Cock. There is no censure of the Nomad (Northland) which was reckless in its lack of due diligence. How do I know this? Because it took me 30 minutes of internet research to expose this scandal back in April 2015 HERE.

Investors who have lost £900,000 on the Paragon Diamonds (PRG) fraud and bust are now lined up to sue the hapless Nomad ( Northland with QEs Gerry Beaney and David Hignell overseeing the shambles) as an update from class action litigation arranger Peter Petyt sent this morning, makes clear. However we need more folks who were conned to join the party URGENTLY and for two reasons:

Peterhouse Corporate Finance, Mr Greg Colliar, crap Nomad Northland, Mr William Vandyk are you sitting comfortably? You sure? Now read on for yet another horror story emerging from the AIM casino....

Did you lose money on the wipeout at AIM Casino Paragon Diamonds (PRG) run by Philip Manduca? If so there is, perhaps, a chance to get it back from Nomad and broker Northland which made a killing on fees from Paragon and signed off on all of its statements, the veracity of which has been questioned.

Oh dear. Oh dear. London's most clownish lawyers at Fladgate who, we hope, are being investigated by the SRA for spreading malicious falsehoods in order to shut this website down will not like this but Winnileaks has obtained an explosive new document sent to the board of Management Resource Solutions (MRS) on Sunday and also to its Nomad Little Willy VanDyk at Northland. It accuses MRS boss Murray D'Almeida of lying and of fraudulent activities. It also details covert negotiations involving broker Peterhouse where the board appear to have ratted on an agreed deal. Kerboom: Winnileaks scores again, over to you Peter Reynolds at Fladgate, you fascist and unprincipled clown, for a response...

Oh dear, Oh dear, the Winnileaks service has already served up one horror for Murray D'Almeida of Beacon Hill Infamy but, pro tem, chairman of Management Resource Solutions (MRS) HERE. I think he should quit. D'Almeida has responded with a fascist lawyers letter which is based on another big fat lie - HERE. Oh well Murray, you keep racking up the fees with your clownish lawyer - Winnileaks today serves up an even bigger shocker for you. Go! Resign now you bastard!

If Management Resource Solutions (MRS) chairman Murray d'Almeida was not a prize shit clinging onto a £1250 per day package and viewing shareholders with an undeserved contempt he would have quit on Tuesday this week after shocking Winnileaks revelations HERE. But he has not as he is a turd. And Nomad Northland appears to be staffed by gutless, morally bankrupt mothers so it will not force him out. However, there is a GM on its way. I do not always agree with Richard Jennings of Align Research ( except on being a Hellenophile and an ailurophile) but on this matter he is bang on. Jennings explains clearly how to vote and I urge all shareholders to do just that. He writes:

In this podcast I look at the Hillary Clinton bombshell and what it means for the election and shares, something I cover in more detail HERE. Then I explain insider dealing and the difference between how I treated Reach4Entertainment (R4E) and Cyan (CYAN). Finally I suggest that heads must roll at Northland over the Management Resource Solutions (MRS) scandals.

Management Resource Solutions (MRS) has been a stock much ramped by the usual suspects and its shares have flown until last Thursday when they were suspended pending clarification of its financial position. The next day the CEO and founder was fired. But we can reveal that the CEO Paul Morffew claims this is a stitch up and, as a 20% shareholder is prepared to fight back. This has the potential to be another major AIM scandal given that it was less than two months ago that £2.8 million was raised at 10.5p. Nomad and co broker Northland is refusing to answer calls and its position now looks untenable.
