On 29th April 2014 Rosslyn Data (RDT) raised £10 million at 33p as it joined the AIM sewer. As I demonstrated on this website, the prospectus prepared by Cenkos Securities (CNKS) was grossly misleading and it has been downhill ever since. Cenkos is still there as Nomad and broker after numerous (lack of) profits warnings, a CEO who forgot about his involvement in the porn industry, numerous bailout placings and other fun and games. I wonder how much coke & hookers money Cenkos has made over the years. The shares are now 0.725p after another awful trading statement today.

Roger Lawson of ShareSoc bought a few shares in Rosslyn Data (RDT) as a recovery punt in a placing. That he was able to get EIS relief added to the attraction although I still worry he will lose money on this company which I have highlighted many times (HERE) as a howling dog even by the standards of AIM. Lawson attended the AGM yesterday and reports back on what appears to have been a curate's egg in his mind. I think he is being well generous.

Don't you just love our new Cloudtag (CTAG) countdown clock on the right hand side of this page? I am already assembling material old and new for this presentation at UK Investor but the clock is a jolly jape is it not? Elsewhere I never cease to wonder at the stupidity of some investors. I look at Amur (AMC) in this respect. I then look at Weatherly (WTI) which is telling you, plain as day, that its shares are worthless. I explain a few hard facts and ask new questions about Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and then have a butchers at Rosslyn Data (RDT) shares in which have just hit a new all time low. I wonder why? Spoofing is what Avanti Communications (AVN), Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL) and Rosslyn Data (RDT) do as did Proteus, a scam I exposed back in the naughty nineties. I explain what they all do ( or did) and why they do it and what to watch for. Spoofing is different from lying as Cloudtag (CTAG) does for a few distinct reasons. osslyn Data Technology (RDT) shares continue to slide and now trade at only 9.75p - valuing this company at just £7.4 million. It listed two and a half years ago after Cenkos signed off on a misleading prospectus at 33p and it has been downhill ever since. The company insists it will not run out of cash before it his breakeven. We shall see.

I ask this after a fellow asks me what he should do about his collapsing investment in TrakM8 (TRAK). Answer you should have listened to me when the shares were double today's price!
