I start with musings on croquet hoops, something I am geekish enough to comment on, and how it is symbolic of our age. I wander on to consider the craziest job creation scheme in history but one which the mainstream media takes seriously… back to crazy croquet hoops. Then it is news that Capita is closing offices where 15,000 work and the Government’s barking mad plans and pleas to reverse this tide. Finally, the response of Alessandro Zamboni of [email protected] Capital (SYME) to me terming his company a con and saying he should be in jail. Other than his stupidity in telling an obvious lie, Sam Antar, the king of the fraudsters, would be proud of him.

My guest in this week’s show which is sponsored by Open Orphan PLC (ORPH) is my old pal, the Dark Destroyer Matt Earl. We discuss how a bear can make money in this market, Tesla (TSLA), NMC Health (NMC), Finablr (FIN), Burford (BUR), IQE (IQE) and in real detail Mark Slater, Sam Antar and Future (FUTR) in the wake of Matt’s bombshell dossier of last week. If you like this podcast and can’t wait seven days for more of the same and are tired of being a cheapskate you should listen to my Bearcast every day.

I am not saying Future (FUTR) is a fraud just that the way it has responded to Matt Earl’s devestating dossier will make my pal, the King of the Fraudsters, so incredibly proud. At last someone is following his advice on how to deal with critics. I also look at Burford (BUR), Big Dish (DISH), NAHL (NAH),Nostra Terra (NTOG), St James Place (SJP) who I suggest hires Elizabeth Holmes and Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer at once, Versarien (VRS) and Arden Partners (ARD), home of the China fraud specialist Mr Paul Shackleton of Naibu (NBU) infamy.

In this fifth edition of the ShareProphets Radio podcast sponsored by Riverfort Global Capital, this week, in order I discuss the morality of short selling or writing bearish articles, I interview a saint ( well in stockmarket terms) Malcolm Stacey who though a moral man is highly opininiated and has a tip or two, then I discuss Burford (BUR) then it is part two of the Sam Antar interview in which the king of the fraudsters looks at today’s fraudsters, Elon Musk & Tesla, AliBaba, we cover Burford and useless accountants and so much more. Enjoy. If you like this and can’t wait seven days for more of the same you should listen to my Bearcast every day.

In this fourth edition of the ShareProphets Radio podcast sponsored by Riverfort Global Capital, this week, in order I discuss bad convertible loan/death spiral funding looking at the recent RNS from Kefi (KEFI), I interview David Bramhill of Union Jack Oil (UJO) and then bring you part one of two part interview with the greatest living and funniest fraudster Sam Antar of Crazy Eddie’s infamy. Enjoy. If you like this and can’t wait seven days for more of the same you should listen to my Bearcast every day.

My good mate Sam Antar was, in his Crazy Eddie’s fraud prime, a master at dealing with press and analyst critics. Diversified Gas & Oil (DGOC) is not a fraud though its accounts stink to high heaven. The way it has dealt with my legitimate and hard hitting cricism has been amateurish. As I am such a nice guy I explain what Sam would have done.

In a weekend bearcast I flagged up that the real issue with First Derivatives (FDP) is that its core business is a rotten generator of cash. And that – as well as the fraudulent IPO and dodgy related party deals is why the shares ( off again this morning to £28.35) remain massively overvalued. So what do you do if you are set to report dire free cashflows? Natch turn to the Sam Antar playbook – meet 1010 Data

It seems that after just a month in situe the chief bean counter for the fraudsters who run Tesla (TSLA) has decided that he’d rather not earn $10 million and has quit. A great American company is in trouble and there is only one man who can save it. Today we launch a campaign to draft in Sam Antar as the new CFO of Tesla and if you are on twitter here’s how you can help.

I start by looking back to where I watch the World Cup Final 4 years ago and where I will be watching the semi on Wednesday. When you have finished donating a tenner to Woodlarks HERE, this podcast covers the current scandal surrounding the big 4 and KPMG in particular. Sam Antar used KPMG in his 18 year fraud but is it fair to pick on one firm? Is the system inherently flawed? What would I do to make things better?

Ask a high quality fraudster like Sam Antar how to deal with critics in the media or on wall Street? It is easy. Do not give them the oxygen of publicity, ignore them and focus on what really matters: committing fraud. But Elon Musk of Tesla has a problem. To keep his cash guzzling baby Tesla going he needs to raise fresh debt and.or equity so tumbling bond and share prices matter and you can tell Elon is panicking. His latest outbursts show that, as you can see below.

I start with the announcement late last night from FastFoward Innovations (FFWD) the overvalued investment company run by my good friend the offshore based asset stripper Mr Jim Mellon. I move on to the FRC dealing with Russell McBurnie the disgraced ex FD of RSM Tenon and discuss book cookers, fraudsters. Sam Antar theories and crime and punishment generally. I look at Akers Biosciences (AKR) where book cooking ahead of a placing is alleged, at Zenith (ZEN) and at LPA (LPA) where i would not bottom fish after today's warning for a variety of reasons. Then I note MySquar (FRAUD) is down to 1.15p and I ask John Meyer of SP Angel once more if he will act or is he happy to wash his hands and turn a blind eye to crime. Tonight is a 6 mile training walk and Joshua and I will do two miles this morning. With Gift aid my charity walk on July 28 has now raised almost £10,000. I explain exactly what that means to Woodlarks. If you have not donated, please chip in now with a tenner to get us over £10,000 HERE

There are three things you need to know about Sam Antar. 1 He was the king of committing fraud back in his day and is open about it. 2. He is incredibly funny. 3. He is now a king fraudbuster. When I met him he had just received a cheque for an eye-watering amount from the SEC for giving them a fraud on a plate. He is in short a genius. And outspoken. Is Marc Cohodes listening? Sam is a genius. Enjoy.

A good day for the bears here in New York. First up I walked up from Battery Park to see where I used to work in the black and white era on Wall & Water. It is now being turned into luxury apartments. Anhow, I wandered on past the New York Stock Exchange and, as you can see, the tickers were all red. Then later on it was to meet the King of the fraudsters my pal Sam Antar who, as you can see below, is in relaxed mood. More on that in today's bearcast.

Not this one but one I recorded yesterday with my pal the king fraudster Sam Antar who created the original Panama Pump. Sam was on fine form and I shall unleash that podcast in a couple of weeks time but it was awesome. I pick up on a few themes from it and discuss Ascent Resources (AST), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) - read Nigel's brilliant piece, about a company where I own 1 share so I can attend GMs, HERE - and Strat Aero (AERO). If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.

In today's podcast I spend a lot of time looking at Pantheon Resources (PANR) - when is the next bailout placing? I make wider observations about this sector. There is then a direct challenge to Mileestone (MSG) about Lyin' Larry and to its Nomad Cairn Financial. I then look at Mila (MILA) and MySquar (MYSQ) commenting on how some AIM CEO's groom BBMs like peadophiles groom their victims. Sam Antar has made the same analogy . It is all about gaining trust.

The great Sam is clear. The job of a fraudster is to steal as much money as possible. So rule one is never do anything which distracts you from theft. Rule two is to ignore your critics completely. Firstly because attacking them breaks rule one, it leaves less time for stealing and secondly because it only goads the critics and gives them the oxygen of publicity. That brings us to James Longley of Plutus Powergen (PPG), Fandango Holdings (FHP), Papillion Holdings (PPHP) and Stranger Holdings (STHP) who is a liar, fraudster and thief.

My one year old son Joshua delights with playing with mobile phones and TV controls. Thus poor Sam Antar got a 3 AM call from me in New York when my son managed to press a few buttons in the right order. Just a few minutes ago I got a phone reminder of something important. I do not actually know how to set such a reminder but Joshua has managed it. At least it was not at 2.58 AM like last time.

Let us be clear: Purplebricks (PURP) is not a fraud but today's publication of customer reviews - that Purplebricks is desperate for you not to see - is damning and suggests a business model that is based on taking £1000 from large numbers of "customers" who get nothing in return. That is not sustainable and is why the shares are worth 0p. The Sam Antar reference is about how Purplebricks responds and that, in turn, will determine the speed of its collapse. That it will collapse is a given.

in this bonus bearcast I compare the ramp de jour of the moment (Cloudtag (CTAG)) with that of eighteen months ago, African Potash (AFPO). It is shocking how similar the two cases are and the results will also be the same. In this podcast I reference the work of Waseem Shakoor in exposing both frauds and of my hero, Sam Antar, on the psychology of stockmarket fraud and how it plays out here

Living in Brooklyn in the mid eighties the adverts for Crazy Eddie were just part of life. They were famous and awful at the same time. Little did folks know that this was one mammoth fraud cooked up by Sam Antar, now a great fraud buster as you can see HERE. The TV advert below is from Christmas 1986

This podcast follows on from A-E HERE, F-J HERE, and K-O HERE. It is perhaps my longest podcast for many moons but are you surprised? Think about what I cover: P is for Potash - as in African (AFPO), Q is for Quindell (QPP), R is for Revenue Recognition as in Redcentric (RCN) and Servision (SEV), S is not for smear (as in Citigate Dewe Rogerson you total and utter bastards) or Strat Aero although both are mentioned but for Sam Antar and T is for Terry as in Rob,

My good friend, the king of the fraudsters Sam Antar, was on cracking form this week reminding us all of how he used to hoodwink auditors KPMG over many years when masterminding the Crazy Eddie's fraud. You can see the genius Sam explaining all HERE. I am keen that the fine firm of RSM UK Audit LLP, does not find itself made to look like KPMG style fools, and have thus penned it an open letter today on the subject of both impending bankruptcy and also fraud at its client African Potash. I am such a nice guy trying to help out these simple City folk don't you think? The open letter follows:

Recording in Kalamata, I have one last day in sunny Greece before I head back to the UK for five days of family time. Boo hiss. I start with another reminder of how thick some AIM folk are - London Capital (LCG). Then I look at the different way that private and public businesses account for profits running through how Sam Antar cooked the books at Crazy Eddie's. That makes me reflect on accruals causing me to examing the balance sheet of Lombard Risk (LRM) as Phil "InterX" Crawford drives it onto the rocks and also how Robert Simon Terry accounted for industrial deafness, something that will send him to gaol.

Sam Antar's interview was the highlight of Gold & Bears. The guy is a comedy genius as well as a fraudster genius as you can see here. Today he is having a go at listed timeshare companies which are being touted by banksters at a JP Morgan conference as a new hot thing. Sam vs the banksters: I know who I'd back. As ever the man is a bit of a wit. Sam starts with this tweet:

I flew to New York nine days ago to record this interview with Sam Antar for Gold & Bears - Sam does not travel. Sam was a top fraudster at Crazy Eddies and is now a fraudbuster. For me this was the highlight of the show, the man is quite simply a genius.

How to clean up AIM at a stroke? Shimple. Listen to my pal Sam Antar and accept that it is individuals not companies that commit or aid fraud and go after them. A simple suggestion to clean up the market at a stroke.

Sam Antar was the finance director at Crazy Eddies, the biggest Wall Street fraud of the 1980s. Sam avoided prison by turning Queen’s evidence (or the US Equivalent). And he has saved his soul by now making his career exposing other fraudsters. In the spirit of Christmas I have some career advice for Laurence Moorse the FD at the fraud Quindell. My letter to Mr Moorse follows.

Just to try and explain what TNAV is but also to take issue with a brewing scandal on the AIM Casino which is the way that audit forms have failed to review carrying values in a most grotesque if not negligent manner. My case studies are three companies now at death's door all of which have boasted of mammoth asset backing: Sefton Resources, Beacon Hill Resources and Quindell and I reference recent conversations with my pal Sam Antar.
We have 50 free copies of Tom's Book "The 49 Golden Rules of Making Money from Shares" which covers these issues and others to give away today. For your cooy fill in the form HERE

For some reason I could not sleep so at 3 AM I had a good chat with my good pal Sam Antar the mastermind of the biggest Wall Street accounting fraud of the 1980s ( Crazy Eddies) who is now a fraudbuster. Sam is a bit of a night owl but also a twitter fiend and overnight he laid into the idea that audited accounts mean anything. We also exchanged tweets on the BearCast earlier on TNAV (HERE). Time for bed Sam but this is a great volley at the accounting profession on the 13thanniversary of the demise of Enron.

Tomorrow I will be calling rock stars from across the bear community as we need to think of those less fortunate than ourselves. It is time to record our charity single… Feed the Morons. The message has gone out to Gotham City, Evil Knievil, Paul Scott, Lucian Miers, Paddington Bear, Matt Earl, John Hempton of Bronte, Sam Antar, Muddy Waters, Citron Research, Nigel Somerville, A Huntsman, Dan McCrum, Paul Murphy, Pizza hardman Darren Atwater, Cockney Rebel and Kevin Ashton. We gather tomorrow in Clerkenwell to raise money for those facing a bleak Christmas, Quindell staff and shareholders as we record Feed the Morons, Do they know it’s Christmas?.
Apologies to Midge & Bob but here we go..

In this podcast I explain why companies that engage in fraud are happy to pay tax from the reporting of bogus profits. It sounds insane but that is the way frauds operate. My hero Sam Antar of Crazy Eddies infamy explians it suoerbly on his website and I discuss both Sam and also Quenron and what is going on here. I also try to explain how tax losses are used and applicable and will not be there to save Quindell

It was 5 AM in the morning one day last week before I finally got to have a good long chat with Sam Antar, the FD behind one of the biggest Wall Street frauds of the 1980s, Crazy Eddies. Poacher turned gamekeeper, Sam now busts white collar crime and is an SEC whistleblower. He also blogs and tweets in a most amusing way. Have a look at www.whitecollarfraud.com @samantar – naturally enough we discussed – at great length – Quenron (QPP).

Sam Antar was at the heart of the biggest fraud on Wall Street of the 1980s – he was FD of Crazy Eddies. But he plea bargained, escaped jail and has endeavoured to set amends ever since by expositing corporate fraud, accounting wrongdoing and by assisting the SEC in fraud busting. He is THE big daddy of fraud exposure, if he goes after someone it makes my efforts or those of Gotham City seem like those of kids in the park. And yesterday he tweeted to a certain well known AIM listed British company.

The most spectacular fraud of the 1980s in the USA was Crazy Eddie’s - an electrical retailer. It was a fraud from start to finish and the FD was Sam Antar. He plea bargained and has since seen the light and become an amazing campaigner and exposer of corporate fraud. And he explains exactly how he engaged in mammoth fraud at Crazy’s.
