I start with the news that we are backing Harcus Parker to get cash back for victims of Neil Woodford. Then I look at Versarien (VRS) and its new improved face nappy, at Iconic (ICON) and the madness at NightCap (NGHT) – since when is one rented London bar (currently shut) worth £4 million? Then San Leon Energy (SLE), en passant, there is a detailed look at Symphony Environmental (SYM).

It was on July 10 that we published an explosive dossier on Manolete (MANO ) warning that its shares would fall by 66%. It responded with a wankerish statement insulting ShareProphets and which was full of waffle. Its shares are tanking today and are now down 40%+ since our report. is there anything it wishes to say? Elsewhere I look at Symphony Environmental (SYM) and Covid madness, at Brighton Pier (PIER) and the maths of the hospitality industry and finally take on Gary Newman on Red Rock Resources (RRR) suggesting he is blinded by #BellDerangementSyndrome and so cannot look at facts. What would Red Rock trade at if it had a different boss I wonder?

Answers on a postcard please. Anyhow, it prompts me to discuss when Bidstack (BIDS) will run out of cash again so will have to do another bailout funding (again), and the history of its associates harassing me. I discuss historic death threats I have received. Elsewhere, I have more words on Lenigas PLC and frenzied activity in gold. I look at Midatech Pharma (MTPH), Petra Diamonds (PDL) and Symphony Environmental (SYM).

Forgive a brief historic digression at the start of this podcast but I start with a history lesson for those misguided souls who think that SinnFein/IRA brought peace and happiness to Ireland. Then I look at some other tossers from Ulster, First Derivatives (FDP) and the 3Xs. I comment briefly on Purplebricks (PURP) and Versarien (VRS) then move via BCA Marketplace (BCA) to Neil Woodford. Then it is onto MySquar (MYSQ), Symphony Environmental (SYM) and on to UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) with a few words for Dominic Frisby on the nature of bitcoin and its bubble ahead of our bust up next week in London.

At the UK Investor Show there were six Dragon's Den sessions. As a result of each £3,000 of my real money was invested after each dragon picked one of the 5 companies doing an elevator pitch. In session five the Dragons were me (Tom Winnifrith), Brian Kinane of Riverfort, a jovial Irishman who takes teasing well, and Steve Moore. The companies pitching were: Big Sofa, Symphony Environmental, Stranger Holdings and Papua Mining

I have faith in this company although I know that many do not. It needs to start delivering but I believe it will and that makes its shares cheap. The video below is of Symphony Environmental (SYM) FD Ian Bristow presenting at UK Investor Show.

I have tipped shares in Symphony (SYM) on the Nifty Fifty and enjoyed this ShareProphets seminar presentation. Once again a good few jokes and a solid showing by the company and its FD Ian Bristow. The video is below.

Symphony Environmental Technologies (SYM) has issued a trading statement updating we loyal followers that “revenues are expected to be approximately £3.3 million for the first half with administrative expenses significantly reduced following the cost reductions undertaken during 2013” and on various business progress made. We are well ahead on this share tip but there is more to come…
The noted financial performance compares to revenues of £3.59 million and administrative expenses of £1.91 million for the first six months of 2013, when the company reported a small overall loss. So I guess that the company will book a profit.

Symphony Environmental Technologies (SYM) has announced a £778,000 pre-tax loss for the 2013 calendar year but believes that 2014 will show a strengthened performance and is confident in outlook. We are marginally up on this share tip but today the shares look very cheap.

I tipped AIM listed Symphony Environmental (SYM) on my Nifty Fifty website last week at a 6.75p offer price. The shares are now 6.75p-7.25p so we are all square. But even at a 7.25p offer, valuing Symphony at c£9 million) the stock is cheap. I met up with the CEO Michael Laurier

AIM-listed advanced plastics technologies company Symphony Environmental (LSE:SYM) has today announced that “revenues for the month of December were significantly less than anticipated on 5 December and as such the trading loss for the year will be materially higher than £1.1 million (previously expected)”. Unusually, the shares are currently trading slightly higher, at 3.5p, on the back of today’s announcement – though this represents a sharp decline from the 20.875p share price hit in April 2011. The following reviews today’s statement…

Symphony Environmental Technologies (LSE:SYM), an AIM-listed specialist in advanced plastics technologies including controlled life, anti-microbial, anti-counterfeiting and recycling, is a share tip from t1ps.com that has not covered me in glory thus far – as I noted in a September piece here on ADVFN. Although, at a current 4p share price, the stock trades a bit ahead of the 3.625p they were at when I penned that article, they fell back on a profit warning a couple of days ago though have since recovered on the back of some director share buying. Having managed a chat with the company’s Chief Executive, Michael Laurier, today the following reviews the recent developments…

I have not covered myself in glory, in tipping AIM listed Symphony Environmental (LSE:SYM) at 10.25p in may 2010 as the shares are 65% down at 3.625p. Half calendar year numbers yesterday went down badly. But there are two reasons why this stock is potentially very cheap and should, in due course, race back well past 10.25p and beyond and this is why.
