For almost 20 years, the spiv Darren Winters has been making a killing charging mug punters five figure sums for utterly worthless stockmarket courses. His salesman get punters to sign pieces of paper which they say do not bind them to anything then bully and threaten folks for thousands of pounds. In 2015 we started to expose this conman and Winters threatened us with legal action unless we desisted HERE. We said "see you in Court Bitchez!" and he declined that offer. We then started funding various cases of folks who Winters was trying to fleece. Winters has used google to try to stop people finding out about this (see HERE) but yesterday one case came to Court. It was a disastrous humiliation for Winters - who sent his ghastly Mrs Tatjana to represent him - and ouzo o'clock for ShareProphets & the Sheriff of AIM. Here is the story of Mr O.

Conman Simon Petherick of House of Britannia is up to his old tricks. His company has bought another outfit Best Of Britannia Retail, which says holds exhibitions promoting British-made products. But the deal is far from what it seems. It is a con. Yet the Daily Mail says this is a move ahead of a £6 million ISDX listing. Whatever. It has just been announced that Gate Ventures - the fraud booted off AIM after just four months earlier this year - has bought 14.5 million shares in Reach4Emtertainment (R4E) taking its stake to just above 3%. It could have been worse.

To lose one job at a POS ISDX Company with immediate effect is understandable. To lose two in the space of 21 days looks like carelessness but crony capitalist Conman Windham must be careless as he has today parted company with immediate effect from Nodding Donkey. Dead Donkey to its friends.
So Conman's public markets career is almost over. His first venture was U308. It delisted and went bust last year. Then there was All Star where he "departed" on June 2 - see here. Today Dead Donkey (whose parlous financial condition I explained here) has said adios to its founder.
That just leaves Conman in charge of one company on ISDX, his second creation - Valiant Investments. So how its it doing? Er.....

I have demonstrated that Rob Terry and Quindell (QPP) have committed accounting fraud, Securities fraud and lied to investors on a serial basis. The shares are tanking because last week Terry said he was buying shares when he was in fact selling in size. The man is a conman and his company has from the start been one big con. If you still own shares just look at the character of the man. I take you back to 2011.

Results yesterday from Sefton Resources (SER) were predictably dreadful. The silver lining shareholders had hoped for was that after December 31st 2013 ex-boss Jim Ellerton would no longer be a drain on this AIM Cesspit posterboy. However, it seems not. Jim is still trying to relieve Sefton of any cash it might have. The man has no shame. I call on the current board to take steps towards trying to ensure that Ellerton goes to prison where he belongs.
As a reminder: Ellerton was forced to leave the Sefton board by the toothless AIM Regulation team which deemed him not to be a fit and proper person to sit on an AIM board and boy there is a low threshold there.
That came after I revealed that Ellerton was either a perjurer or had been using company funds for his own purposes or both – see HERE.
The AIM team should have booted him out well before for lying about output numbers and many other matters over many years and then raising money on the back of those lies. Ellerton was a conman and a liar and should have gone to prison.
Of course Ellerton compounded his woes by using vast amounts of shareholders cash to sue me and Brokerman Dan for libel last year for calling him a liar and a conman. And we all know how that turned out don’t we. Smiley face. Smiley face. Smiley face.
And so as at December 31st the grossly overpaid old liar left Sefton under an agreed compromise settlement agreement. But it appears that the old rogue has not gone back to his luxury Hawaii mansion to spend more time with his foxy wife Carol. Sefton is essentially bust but Ellerton wants more
