I have spent the morning getting twitter grief for this article but the one polite twitter enquiry concerns BoxHill (BOX) and I answer that in this podcast as well as explaining why shares are both up and down since Brexit - it all depends how you look at it. I also cover Gulf Keystone (GKP), Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Avanti Communications (AVN), I meant to talk about Bovis (BVS) but forgot. In today's corporate update from Boxhill (BOX) the company mentions the fact that it faces a winding up order but without actually using the words. Boss Lord Tim Razzall is trying to keep this quiet and has taken legal action to gag the other side and stop them talking about it. sadly for Lord Timmy, I have obtained the court papers which I have decided to publish.

I have two follow up articles on today's collapse to come but suffice to say that at anything above a couple of pence its shares are a slam dunk sell. I was pruning my first olive tree of the day and heard a noise behind me. Fearing the worst I turned and it was a tortoise which just sat there blinking at me. It was a special moment. That tortoise is smarter than idiots buying Circle Oil (COP) shares today. FFS how thick some folks are. Philip Jackson was appointed as CEO of Boxhill (BOX) currently suspended - as noted here - on 24 May 2013 and was, according to the wimpish chairman Lord Tim Razzall, a thoroughly good bloke. Lord Razzall noted: "I am excited by the substantial opportunities that the acquisition of Poseve provides and I look forward to working alongside Phil, James and the existing team." Perhaps he should have looked at Phil's other business interests a little more closely.
