Ariana Resources – “pleased to advise” sale of a majority of its interest in its production venture. How ‘pleasing’ is it?

Ariana Resources (AAU) states that it “is pleased to advise that it has agreed to sell 13.6% out of its 23.5% interest in Zenit to existing Zenit shareholder Özaltin”. With the Zenit venture including all of Ariana’s current gold production, how “pleased” should it really be with this deal netting it “an estimated c.US$17.2 million after local taxes”?
