EXPOSE: Nuburu shares in a slump post relisting on American Stock Exchange and latest accounts contain a material error

Yesterday, Nuburu (US:BURU) filed a form 8K which was issued to fess up that due to a material accounting error in its financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026, those accounts could no longer be relied upon and the accounts for the three and six months then ended will need to be restated.
