Robert Bonnier’s All Active to refinance at just 1p having spaffed £150m raised two years ago at 80p: Zak Mir rides to rescue

I did ask in a prior article who would be stupid enough to back a rescue refinancing at now delisted All Active Asset Capital (AAA)? I should have known. Okay, it is other folks’ money being spaffed but cometh the day cometh the man: the Sith Lord Zak Mir.

SHOCKING: Ouzo time in Greece: All Active Asset Management admits £150m raised on AIM in June 2021 is – effectively – up in smoke

I warned folks repeatedly that this would end in tears indeed in one bearcast on 1 September 2020 noting that this was a major part of “the smelliest nest of vipers on the London market”. I did not hedge my bets. All Active (AAA) raised £150 million and then delisted in the summer of 2021. Today it admits that the cash has all gone and that – as an unlisted entity – it needs an open offer to shareholders to survive. The guilty men who I shall name do not even apologise.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 57 calls NOT to get a GP Appointment, the useless bloody fecking NHS

I start with a rant. Then I go onto look at Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), why I am less bullish on oil than Gary Newman, Argo Blockchain (ARB), AAA (AAA), Asimilar (ASLR) and Audioboom (BOOM)

What do you reckon Cliff Weight, is Asimilar the most blatant insider dealing of the year?

The last stated NAV of Asimilar (ASLR ) was 25p per share. We knew it had taken one hit (AAA) but still the NAV should have been c20p (ho ho ho). On Wednesday its shares plunged by 32% to sub 4p begging me to ask this question.

BOOM: Aaquaverse going bust – wanna buy some Audioboom shares? Plenty on offer if you are mad enough

Oh dear, Oh dear,  as my old pal Michael Walters would say as one of the many duffers he had tipped aggressively had an encounter with the Fat Lady. The house of cards that is Audioboom (BOOM), AAA, and Asimilar (ASLR) is starting to collapse.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: BREAKING Candy Bros vs Bonnier in court - shit hits fan at AAA, Asimilar and Audioboom

The court case docket is below. I explain what it is all about and why it could crash Asimilar (ASLR), AAA (AAA) and Audioboom (BOOM), I also look at Westminster Group (WSG) where it is placing ahoy as vile ex Tory MP Sir Tony Baldry destroys yet more shareholder value, Ben’s Creek (BEN) and its placing and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) and the mounting regulatory storm concerning Paul Griffiths. He has got to go. Finally I will announce a new ShareStock speaker tomorrow, book your seats now HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - 2 great pretences

They are that auditors suffer any personal loss if the FRC sanctions them and that death spiral providers go long of shares. In the podcast I discuss Asimilar (ASLR), Dev Clever (DEV), Simec Atlantic (SAE), Powerhouse Energy (PHE), Amigo (AMGO) and Vast Resources (VAST). It goes without saying but I say so anyway: If you are among the 95% PLEASE COUGH UP NOW HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - who'd have guessed that David Beckham was not a stock picker?

As you grow old, you should learn from investing. In that vein, I discuss my 1997 encounters with Adonis Pouroulis of Chariot Oil & Gas (CHAR), and why I’d not touch Chariot with a bargepole. I also discuss investing in a bear market, what we should do and the irrational decisions others will make, looking at AAA, Asimilar (ASLR) and Audioboom (BOOM). I then examine Guild ESports (GILD), and what I believe is an upcoming placing at 1p. That will also kick Cellular Goods (CBX) in the golden balls. Finally, I discuss renting out the Greek Hovel, as you can see HERE, and urge the 95% of listeners yet to donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks, to do so HERE.

BREAKING: AAA shares changing hands at just 25p via spreadbetters is the Asimilar house of cards about to collapse?

Whiffy investment company, Asimilar (ASLR), has engaged in numerous Spanish practices, exposed on this website. Anyone owning its shares will, one day, need to lube up and take what is coming to them – it is just a matter of when. Could that time be dawning; could the house of cards be about to collapse?

All Active Asset Management – what is the real share price of this financial house of cards?

We on this website, have warned you numerous times abut the financial house of cards, built on sand, which is All Active Asset Management (AAA). But still folks discuss what colour Porsche they will buy when they sell. They assume that the shares must be worth at least 80p, based on the current £120 million fundraise closing, at that price, on October 28.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - More from the Umuthi fraud bombshell and the key valuable lessons (so far)

Today has been dominated by exposing the Umuthi fraud. There is a stack more to come on this over the weekend but I hope you have enjoyed it so far. I discuss another couple of aspects of this case and lessons we should alllearn. Then it is onto Audioboom (BOOM) and All Active Asset Management (AAA).

The trials of John Story – is he the forced seller at Asimilar?

The shock suspension of All Active Asset (AAA), the plaything of foul mouthed troll and penny share huckster Chris Akers, was especially painful for one shareholder – the proven liar John Story as he faced big margin calls in the fraud Zoetic (ZOE). How to meet those margin calls? Well I have established that he is on a lock in at Cellular Goods (CBX) with his 15 million shares. Has he stuck to that lock in? Enquiries continue. If he has sold even one share then he needs to issue a TR1 as he is on 3% and that would be a bit embarrassing given the lock in.

BREAKING: AAA shares suspended – where does that leave the Chris Akers possible market abuse and promised share purchase

Yesterday I exposed how penny shares hucksters Chris Akers and Johnny Mahtani were, in a private Telegram chatroom, discussing concerted share buying by themselves and others, something which looks very much like market abuse. Today the shares have been suspended.

EXPOSE: Are penny share promoter Chris Akers & a high profile SPAC boss committing market abuse in private chatroom? Company response is to smear critics!

The company is All Active Asset Capital (AAA) a grossly over-ramped and over valued AIM sewer promote when penny share spiv Chris Akers is involved. Soo too is Johnny Mahtani the boss of Media Tech SPAC a murky, newly formed, company backed by Akers planning a stockmarket listing within months. There is a private Telegram group where Akers, Mahtani and others pump the stock. The screenshot below is from yesterday evening.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - is this the smelliest nest of vipers on the London market?

On the exact occasion of my 7th wedding anniversary I am off to see my father so just a brief bearcast from me. Well quite a long one actually but it is recorded early. I start with Carnival Cruises (CCL), then TrainLine (TRN) and then the stinking nest of vipers that is Asimilar (ASLR), Dev Clever (DEV), All Active Asset Capital (AAA), Mark Horrocks, Chris Akers, Novum and Peterhouse Capital. Hold your noses as you listen.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Will Asimilar be the much deserved Waterloo of Chris Akers? This stinks!

I start with a brief discussion of Rule Britannia where it is clear that the BBC and others (including the Mrs) have not actually read the words or studied their history. I will do a much longer piece on this when back from seeing my father in Shipston. I look at Asimilar (ASLR), All Active Asset Capital (AAA), Mesh PLC, and Chris Akers – a scandal where the unravel is surely underway. I comment on DFS (DFS) and furlough economics, on Iconic Labs (ICON), and on Amigo (AMGO) as well as on Xtract Resources (XTR), where there is yet more good news making you who followed my tip and I who bought shares even richer. Also covered is NoGold who has no gold exposure and lambasts me for tipping gold shares and making you all richer… even more of a miserable old git.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: ( Today's) - things that are making me angry

Well there is an annoying ex for starters. Then the folks taking the piss on a sash window here at the Welsh Hovel. Then PL defending Katie Potts spunking £1 million of other folks cash on Bidstack (BIDS)  and why following TR1s is an error. I look at Wishbone Gold (WSBN), trying to be realistic, more cracking news from Xtract Resources (XTR) and at sording pumping and dumping at Europa Metals (EUZ). No doubt Messrs Laurence Read and Benjamin Turner will be taking me off their Christmas card lists after that. Hey ho. Finally a look at red flag goings on at a company where I have pointed out many red flags before, All Active Asset Capital Limited (AAA).

The stench at All Active Asset Management grows as the hound of small cap promotes climbs on board

I have covered the shenanigans at Peterhouse & Chris Akers ramp All Active Asset Management (AAA) a number of times, notably HERE.  At 2p it is valued at £15 million its net assets are, at best, £5 million. Now we have news of management change and this makes the stench ever more overwhelming.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: No Roy I will not pay more tax to keep paying Polly fecking Toynbee £300k a year

Thde good news is that Buzzfeed UK has been shut down for good. The bad news is that pampered journalists are increasingly demanding that we plebs pay more in tax to subsidise them. I discuss that then the increasingly murky goings on at All Active Asset Capital (AAA), death spiral nonsense at Tertiary Minerals (TYM) and then buyers remorse at Restaurant Group (RTN). Finally I have bad news about Woodlarks & need your help, please respond.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Do not celebrate my Optibiotix humiliation too much & the murky uber ramp at AAA

I start with a note on Bidstack (BIDS), which I shall be taking up with AIM Regulation over the weekend and end with Future (FUTR) which needs to issue a profits warning. In the middle I go therough the very murky tale at AIM listed All Active Asset (AAA) which sees uber ramper Chris Akers in action and Peterhouse Corporate Finance boss Peter Greensmith make a £768,000 killing in his private vehicles while acting as broker and pulling the strings at AAA and also acting as broker to suspended AIM stock Asimilar which is involved in this strange tangle. Then it is onto Optibiotix (OPTI) and a small placing. But this is not a bailout as Cynical will no doubt claim but, possibly a gateway, to a mega re-rate as I explain.

Report Back on ShareProphets Seminar: Premaitha, Fox Marble, AAA and myself on Quindell

Contrary to suggestions made here and elsewhere by some of my greatest admirers, the first ShareProphets seminar was packed out with just over 50 folks gathering in Clerkenwell on Monday and – I think – having a good time. The next seminar is on Monday October 13 and you can ensure you get priority booking by registering HERE.

The doors opened for free drinks at 6 PM and the first talk was at 6.30 and was by Chris Gilbert of Fox Marble (FOX). Chris explained very clearly what Fox does in Kosovo – mining marble – claiming that there was minimal political risks and going through the maths of mining, polishing and cutting and selling the different types of marble. In a sense this is a bit of a play of global GDP growth but the critical point is that Fox has to produce the stuff, get its factory up and running asap to boost margins and deliver sales contracts.
