Letter to Liam Murray, the FCA and AIM regulation: Re Neil Davidson, allegations of lying and Optibiotix

At Saturday’s Sharestock Adam Reynolds of Probiotix (PBX) was grilled on the exact timeline of communications between Probiotix and Optibiotix (OPTI) between September 3 and October 10 last year. If Reynolds is telling the truth and I believe that he is and that any scrutiny of phone and email records will demonstrate that then Neil Davidson, the chairman of Optibiotix (OPTI) has deceived investors in 2024 and lied to the AGM this year.
