Tern: a desperate gambit, but a misleading one natch: more snouts in the trough

The open offer at 0.5p which is not underwritten closes on Tuesday and Tern (TERN) is desperate to pump the shares, currently 0.45p to sell, to get it away. What sort of Moron buys shares to sit on an instant 10% paper loss? Today the company tries a new spoof which it claims aligns the board with mug punters. That would be aligning head honcho Al Sisto who has taken out more than three Bernies since 2017 with investors who have lost almost all of their money. Whatever…

Tern in a doom loop: needs to clarify via RNS what happens when (not if) open offer flop

This is now a doom loop. The more the share price falls the more likely it is that Tern’s (TERN) open offer, which is not underwritten, will flop which makes it more likely that the company will go bust before Christmas which makes folks panic so the shares go down etc, etc. Nomad Allenby, of Nightcap infamy, needs to be issuing an RNS as the shares are now just 0.4p to sell.

Tern – a dismal and deeply unimpressive pre placing attempted ramp

I know Tern (TERN) is running on vapours. You know it and Mr. Market knows it. And as such all that tern can do is issue a wholly meaningless update on its portfolio and hope that the fuckwits who invest in AIM dross buy the shares, pushing them higher and so allowing one last deeply discounted placing to get away, giving it a few more months to limp on. Today’s statement ended with an implausible claim about boss Al Sisto.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Andrew Bell vs Harry Adams vs Arthur Millholland vs Al Sisto vs Lyin' & Cheatin' Chris Cleverly

Can you list them in terms of long term career value destruction? I start with Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) and some of the daft comments made. The to More Acquisitions (TMOR) and Doc Holliday’s cunning EGM plan which will surely destroy the company and lose it its quote. Then Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Red Rock Resources (RRR), Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) and Tern (TERN) which looks to me to be almost bust and where I look forward to reporting its auditors to the FRC when the Fat Lady appears on stage.  I should add what I forgot to say in the podcast: Tingo (US:TIO) is the most obvious zero from the province of Norfolk that I have see for ages. And it is shortable.

UK companies with a US Over the Counter Markets listing – what dubious bunch of spoofers

An issue I have raised frequently concerns poor quality companies listed on London Markets that cite listing on the US Over the Counter Markets as being a key event for their investors.  Some of the Bulletin Board Morons buy into this myth.  For instance if you look at the Tern (TERN) Bulletin Board on London South East website you can see some of the morons complain that the CEO Al Sisto hasn’t manged to list Tern implying that this failure might be depressing the share price as US investors can’t invest into Tern.

I doff my hat to Al Sisto of Tern - he did answer Nigel's questions

Yesterday Tern (TERN) held an online Q&A session and I had wondered whether boss Al Sisto would dodge tough queeries. To his credit he did not. The Nomad blocked a few including one of the three that Nigel Somerville sent it but he answered the rest. I make no comment on his replies. I am no Tern-ologist although its valuation looks demanding to me. But i respect Mr Sisto for facing up to his critics.

Tern – how truly open is its planned conference call will it answer Nigel’s questions?

I see that ShareSoc is praising Tern (TERN) for holding a conference call to which anyone can dial into and at which Al Sisto will answer pre-submitted questions. I wonder..
