UPDATED: Strange silence from Numis, but Moulding suggests he is going legal

It received my questions about the extraordinary allegations made by Matt Moulding at 9.05 AM by email as I was told that nobody was at their desk in the press office at that time. I called at 2 PM and am told it has received the questions. But I have had no formal acknowledgement let alone an answer until 3PM
