Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 1: Short seller Andrew Left faces 25 years in jail for securities fraud but hasn't Zak Mir done the same things?

I do not like or respect Left and if any bear has to go to jail I am glad it's him. The late Roger Lawson would have looked at this case and concluded that it shows how all bears are crooks. I consider that point but argue also that certain folks on the bull tack are guilty of exactly what Left has been found guilty of.Is there a double standard here?
