The gonad kick comes from Eco Buildings (ECOB) where I apologise and feel let down. the triumph is from Satsuma (SATS) which I expose as lying to investors about why its auditor has quit which I reckon is down to my accounting exposes This may cause the FCA to block its prospectus. I discuss that and also ref Atlas Metals (AMG) the massive regulatory weakness of the main market that seemingly allows directors to lie with impunity.

It is clearly silly season in the world of small cap RTOs. On Wednesday I exposed how Peterhouse Capital was masterminding an RTO into Atlas Metals (AMG) valuing a, to the tune of £2 million, insolvent business with an asset bought for £1,000 at £1 billion. Yesterday it was the turn of Zenova (ZED) and, once again, Peterhouse is involved. With offices next door to those of Liam “The Toke” Murray one has to ask what Peterhouse staffers are smoking these days?

I do not hide my medical issues. I feel okay now but the truth is that I only got out of bed at 3.30. I don't know why and I am seeing the Shipmans tomorrow and I actually feel great now but these things happen. But my output today is limited. Apologies. I do however comment on Hamak (HAMA), Atlas Metals (AMG), pondering if either broker has the integrity to resign, Hemogenyx (HEMO) and another rat smelled and Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) and another letter I need to send to the FCA

In running Metals NRG ( now Atlas Metals ) since its IPO until February of this year, Rolf Gerritsen trousered hundreds of thousands of pounds while, natch, shareholders were screwed. How the mighty are fallen.
