Last week I asked if Bushveld Minerals (BMN) had LIED to punters when it said in a 5 December RNS that it HAS raised $18.4million. Of course it did lie as, as of today, it still has not received $12.5 million of that cash. So it had not raised the monies it claimed it merely had some dodgy chaps saying that they would put in money. That is very different. Natch stacks of morons who cannot see inside this paywall took to twitter blasting me for telling lies without having read what I actually wrote. Karma mothers. Karma.

It is like firing our beloved West Ham as joint broker to retain the sole services of Chesterfield Town.

Once again I return to the subject of the company on AIM with the stupidest bunch of shareholders. The auditors of Bushveld Minerals (BMN) have stated explicitly that the company needs to raise fresh equity to avoid going tits up but shareholders respond by saying "how often have auditors got it wrong?" and a range of other excuses. They just do not get it at all, it is placing ahoy. Now the company has news today which the morons who own this stock seem to think is good. Ina private email this morning a top City broker put it thus:

.Bushveld Minerals (BMN) shareholders, aka the dumbest fucks on AIM, are still largely in denial about the fact that a major placing is imminent. This is because they do not understand the difference between profit and cashflow or indeed much else about basic accounts. I will try again. Owning 27% of a company with modest EBITDA (bullshit earnings) is not the same as having a source of cashflow. In fact I bet you an ounce of Vanadium that Vametco will not generate a free cent for Bushveld this year or next.
Of course our starting point is HERE. The auditors noting that AS AT MID AUGUST 2017 the company needed to raise fresh equity pronto to keep the lights on.

This is not the first time that Buishveld Minerals (BMN) has engaged in truly sordid and shoddy ramping to get a placing away. Perhaps you remember this expose HERE which allowed me to crack a massively tasteless joke about blow jobs. The point is that pre-placing ramping back last fall left those suckered in with a really bad taste in the mouth. Wind forward to yesterday.

I explained some time ago why I thought that the management of Bushveld Minerals (BMN) had treated retail investors with clear contempt and why that made the stock uninvestable. In the short term this can go anywhere, in the long run shares in companies run by scumbags usually head south. I wake up and find that the shares are now 7p and so - with a lot of "assistance" from a great broker we can note.

Speaking out against Bushveld Minerals (BMN) today will cost me hard cash but I want nothing to do with this company after its sordid antics of last week. I plan tomorrow to look at how ADVFN's (AFN) results snuck out at no-one is watching O'Clock yesterday do not give a full and fair picture and that may also cost me financially. So be it. 15 years ago I was a failed whistleblower. I think there are mitigating circumstances but I regret it none the less and relay that story. Sometimes, whatever the consequences, you just have to speak up.
