The statement from BOS Global (BOS) saying that its shares were being suspended pending clarification had to be released twice as the fucktards currently in charge got it wrong first time around. That says it all really.

BOS Global - Peterhouse ignoring letter yesterday, desperately trying to close massively discounted placing today

Peterhouse Corporate Finance was yesterday sent a letter by me urging it to make potential placees aware of the massive regulatory risk directors of BOS Global (BOS) face from ASIC ahead of any fund raise. I am sad to say that Peterhouse appears to be ignoring my generous advice driven by the season of goodwill. Meanwhile the share price is slumping - now just 0.7p to sell - as the broker hits the phones.

BREAKING: BOS Global - and another thing - is Peterhouse telling potential investors that it has no right to do a deeply discounted placing

I have pointed out earlier that Peterhouse Corporate Finance has real issues in trying to get away a placing at 0.25p or perhaps 0.1p in AIM dog BOS Global (BOS). With the shares at 0.7p bid some may be tempted but before they send cash over to broker Peterhouse they do know the broker cannot do a placing don't they? Er.. something else Peterhouse is not telling its clients maybe?

EXPOSE: BOS Global the deception of investors and misuse of funds

BOS Global (BOS) is teetering on the brink of insolvency while the company's founder Michael Travia also tries top oust current directors led by serial fuck-up merchant Adam Webb. I have now seen letters sent by those very close to the situation which act as a second source for me of the most damning allegations about Webb who should stand down at once and never be allowed to run a public company again.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast:Things that piss me off big time about the Concepta placing although the shares are dirt cheap

I am hard at work preparing for my annual treat of lecturing the snowflake sociology students of the Mrs, as a break from the normal Guardian reader behind the lectern they have me tomorrow. Game on.  I cover utterly worthless shite that is roofing it, notably Mayan Energy (MYN) and Cogenpower (CGP).  I point out that in the end gravity reasserts itself - see Servision (SEV). I lament what went wrong and how it could have been avoided at Fishing Republic (FISH) and BOS Global (BOS). I suggest what useless Mrs May should do on Brexit and then look at the Concepta (CPT) placing. The shares - which we own - are now dirt cheap. But I am still well fucked off with various aspects of today's £2 million placing as I explain.

BOS Global (BOS) has received a GM requisition which wins prizes for political correctness but which we back anyway as its main aim is for fire CEO Adam Webb who is man not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company.
