I do not ever think that I have received a tweet along the lines of “@TomWinnifrith is warning about company X, folks should look at Woodford, Globo, Quindell, all those China frauds, Versarien, all those mini bond scams, etc, he knows his onions, wake up and smell the coffee.” Oh no… as you start to probe to disasters waiting to happen like Defence Holdings (ALRT), it is only a matter of time before some utterly obsessed cretin with half a dozen followers goes onto X to demand:

I flagged up that the AIM listing of Sundae Bar (SBAR) was a complete rum ‘n’; coke with an absurd valuation almost as soon as it hit the markets c/o of London’s worst Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish HERE. But it seems that investors have woken up to this AI turned bitcoin in treasury spoof from the Bixby Edwards gang as a WRAP retail offer has flopped.

Though the CEO is Jill Kenney, feel the diversity comrades, the strings at Sundae Bar (SBAR) are being pulled by the Edwards and Bixby gang. Edwards and Bixby own 28% of the shares, Bixby is chairman and of course it is a total spoof and anyone owning the shares is bonkers.

The David Beckham backed POS Cellular Goods (CBX) has still refused to explain why it has given away 16% of its equity to a crony mate of its founders Bixby & Edwards (who have since IPO dumped all their shares) for a start up in the seaweed to net zero space with no business. And so as it hurtles towards running out of cash by Christmas, it is trying to spoof investors to allow the spivs at Novum to get a bailout placing away. Today there is an obvious spoof.

Oh boy this is ugly. The CBD play backed by arch LGBTQ hypocrite David Beckham, Cellular Goods (CBX), is rapidly running out of cash and wants to merge with another CBD company with stiff liabilities and which is burning cash faster than star chef (LMFAO) Brooklyn Beckham can burn his cooking. So quite obviously a major fund raising is needed within months to stave off bankruptcy. However…..

I start with the industrial scale economic illiteracy of today’s budget. It is non sensical and inequitable. Then onto one Tory, Andrew Bell, and Red Rock Resources (RRR). Enough is enough. Then onto Deepverge (DVRG), nanosynth (NNN) and the soon to IPO Streak Gaming, the latest bastard offspring of Bixby and Edwards and one to avoid like the plague.

This has been the most stressful day in Greece for a long while; I really do need a holiday. I explain all. Then I look at Sensyne (SENS); Chill Brands (FRAUD); Blue Star Capital (BLU) and an AGM shock that may trigger the collapse of the Bixby, Edwards, Frangos, Story and Peter Wall house of cards. Then it is onto Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), where today’s placing vindicates me. I argue that a 20.75p share price is a compelling shorting opportunity on a risk-reward basis. Matthew and his dog will enjoy that section, as Arthur Millholland, the snake oil salesman at Canadian, really is talking shite in today’s release. I am so angry.

Maybe I am just a dinosaur. I wrote the same sort of articles back in 2001 asking why a start up company with websites selling masturbating gnomes was suddenly worth £50 million. Of course clever young folks just said I was a dinosaur and that the world had all changed and I did not get it. These days it is NFTs and tokens. I have covered the tawdry Bixby/Edwards/Novum spivs enterprise Dispersion Holdings (DEFI) before but I challenge anyone to explain the business case of its latest investment.

Dispersion (DEFI), the latest Aquis listed pump from the Bixby/Edwards stable has announced its first investment since its tawdry IPO but is everything quite what it seems?
