Video: another cracking Eldur Olaffson interview

This time it is on Bloomberg. The Amaroq (AMRQ) CEO really is polished. Again he is talking about Black Angel being in production next year. There is also a question he dodges on whether Amaroq will be a takeover target. I think it more than likely and that if there is a bid an auction will ensue. I am certainly not selling and am delighted as to how my largest holding and a tip of the year again is shaping up. Enjoy

Amaroq new video as cracking new Black Angel grades released: My No 1 holding shines

Today Amaroq (AMRQ) has released new exploration grades from Black Angel, its recently acquired lead/zinc/silver deposit in Greenland. The core grades are impressive but as a bonus there are now indications of critical minerals which will only add to the maths of the project. A polished video which you can see below has also been released. Critically, Amaroq now says explicitly that 100% owned Black Angel will be its second mine, the next to be developed.

Amaroq: something must be wrong? Why?

Amaroq Minerals – We are heading for 100 per cent up on this share tip, shares can double again, targets increased

Writing just earlier this week on the “Proposed equity fundraising and acquisition of additional licences to create a new West Greenland Hub” by Amaroq Minerals (AMRQ) we stated that we consider Amaroq to be well-managed and it has demonstrated an ability to fund and progress projects. The fundraising has now further demonstrated that with it “significantly oversubscribed” despite being at only a very limited discount. The shares were 86.5p but at 85p not £30 million but £45 million was raised. The enlarged market cap is c£380 million.

Amaroq and a bit of Black Angel Leni-Maths

At 86.5p post placing Amaroq (AMRQ) is valued at c £400 million. I think that its Nalunaq gold mine which will be onstream, within months , and its existing gold exploration sites and base metals operations justify a market cap of at least £700 million, 151p. But what of the Black Angel mine bought today for £10 million. It was once the flagship asset of Angel Mining which went bust but before that Boliden mined it very profitably for 17 years. So what is it worth?
