Kefi: What does “within the coming week” mean to you?

At 7 AM on Tuesday 30 September Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) served up interims, sugaring the bitter pill f more crap numbers showing no restraint on boardroom greed at all, by promising that the two banks for sign off on project funding for Tulu Kapi “within the coming week.” What do you think that means?

Is TekCapital the cheapest stock on AIM or a POS? Year end NAV released

You can usually judge an AIM Company by its advisers. TekCapital has as its Nomad SP Angel disgraced for its antics pumping and dumping BlueJay (JAY), acting for the scoundrel Ricketts at Versarien (VRS) and for turning a blind eye to the fraud at Mysquar (MYSQ). Its PR is Flagstaff, run by Tim Thompson, sacked from a reputable employer after I exposed his dirty tricks campaign against shareholders in Range Resources (RRL). With such a dream team on board you know that having lain with dogs for so long, TekCapital (TEK) is likely to have fleas. Today we have a trading statement revealing its NAV as at 31 December.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Diversified Energy and its share price obsession - another red flag

In today’s Bearcast I look at the eminently shortable Diversified Energy (DEC), Premier African Minerals (PREM) run by George (Cock)Roach, the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Close Brothers (CBG), BlueJay (JAY), Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX), and BSF Enterprises (BSFA) – discounted placing ahoy!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - TrakM8 misleads surely a bailout placing needed

In today’s bearcast I look at more toxic behaviour at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), at TrakM8 (TRAK), Bluejay (JAY) and there is more on Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT) and the, slowly detonating, nuclear grenade that is Proton Partners (PPI). I also look at (bad) news from Asos (ASC) and Sosandar (SOS) and wonder if there is something happening in online shopping that we have missed.

Live Company – another AIM Casino POS caught lying

And clueless Marcus Stuttard at AIM Regulation wonders why the AIM Casino is regarded as such a joke? How about because companies are able to lie to investors without sanction? I flagged up BlueJay earlier for telling a monstrous porky, now here is another, Live Company (LVCG).’

John Meyer of SP Angel is shameless with his BlueJay ramping c/o Justin the Clown. Shocking.

John Meyer of disgraced Nomad of MySquar (FRAUD) infamy SP Angel really is a very naughty boy. The scallywag was in action once again on the Justin the Clown podcast at Vox Markets, as you can witness below.  To save your suffering fast forward to 20 minutes and 40 seconds when the analyst appears. His crimes are numerous. First up..

Alba Minerals – Bluejay Conundrum 3 – Jorc light about to be shone on material disjoint in value

There is one aspect of the latest commentary from Align Research regarding Alba (ALBA) and BlueJay (JAY with which I disagree strongly. Align argues that Alba must be cheap becuase it has similar assets to Bluejay and the Horse Hill stocks yet trades on a fraction of the ratings of Bluejay and the HH stocks. Surely it could just be that "the field" are grossly overvalued? Of Course I have very real issues with Bluejay and its shamed Nomad and broker SP Angel of MySquar infamy. But over to Align which opines:
