The Financial Times, always happy to help a company in trouble try to polish a turd with some PR spinning, is reporting that Telit Communications (TCM) is to part company with its founder, 12% shareholder and CEO Oozi Cats on a permanent basis. After our Boston fraudster revelations of last week Oozi had already stepped down pending an investigation by a law firm Cameron McKenna. After our revelations he was toast. But sacking Oozi is not enough after today's bombshells on this website - this is PR spinning and does not address the issue of wholesale fraud at Telit.

You might have thought that the 1991 Boston Real Estate fraud was the only brush Telit Communications (TCM) boos Oozi Cats/ Uzi Katz had enjoyed with the law. Think again. Though there has been no RNS from Telit on the matter of the BAMES bankruptcy which saw 1400 Italians lose their jobs and a massive criminal investigation, perhaps it might give us an update now.

Now this really is bizarre. We have taken screen shots of internet sites set up in 2015 by a vast number of fellows called Uzi Katz who claimed to live in Boston. The Jewish population of Massachusetts is 274,000 and I will charitably assume that all live in Boston. So lets crunch the math before we look at the (hilarious) websites and draw an inevitable conclusion..

I so enjoy misquoting my fellow Anglo Irishman Mr Wilde. He knew a bit about the inside of a jail cell and that brings me to Telit Communications (TCM). Oozi cats, aka Uzi Katz, has "temporarily" (my arse) left Telit Communications (TCM) following the Boston fraud revelations but this is not the first time that the company's officers have had a spot of bother with the law. It is just conceivable that there were two Israeli couples in Boston in the late 1980s - Uzi & Ruth Veronique Katz with the chap born in 1961 and the bird having a March 17 birthday. Having been appointed as Nomad and broker to the highest profile AIM company of the week, Telit Communications (TCM) at 7.01 AM yesterday, Mr Stuart Andrews & Mr Richard Chambers of Finncap and their colleagues must be shitting briicks following today's quite stunning revelations earlier about Mr Oozi Cats/Uzi Katz, his Mrs Ruth and events in Boston 25 years ago. Or maybe it is just another couple holding Israeli passports with the same names and birthdays who were involved in multiple frauds?

Yesterday I discussed at length the woes of what was one of the largest companies on AIM, Telit Communications (TCM) where boss Oozi Cats sold £24 million of shares on May 25 - 24 hours ago the stock plunged for a range of reasons. Now here is the most amazing and embarrassing coincidence, meet an Israel couple who fled US justice in 1991. This must be so embarrassing for Oozi and his Mrs - Ruth Veronique Cats, it is just such an amazing coincidence.

I took the booking on Sunday Morning as I prepared a private lunch for a friend at Real Man Pizza Company. A table for twelve on our quietest evening – Monday. Sure thing. The 12 turned out to be students from New York University studying in London for a year. They loved their pizza and chatted gaily. Can anyone name the capital of South Dakota? Er.. I was happy to assist. It’s Pierre. Bit as they chatted happily I look at my computer and saw what was happening in Boston.
I told them. Immediately they grabbed their i-phones and sat their gaping at the awful pictures, swapping snippets of rumour and mis-information, stunned. The natural reaction: did they know anyone in Boston. Of course they did. Emails and texts were sent. Will there be other attacks elsewhere. New York is in lockdown. Or maybe it is not. Who did it? Does it matter? Naturally we all have suspicions. But no-one aired them.
After offering them some chocolate pizza on me, my mind turned instantly back to Lockerbie. My first great love Abbe (who so cruelly spurned me all those years ago) was a student at Syracuse. So too were a big party on that fateful flight. Some died at once. Others only as they hit the ground after a 30 second freefall. I know Abbe has been haunted by the friends she lost and by a terror of flying ever since. I guess it is more than 25 years ago now.
There will be some folks in Britain who will harp on about America getting its just desserts. The same sort of revolting people who will be celebrating as others mourn on Wednesday. As it happens I regard America as, generally, a force for good in the world and a free and dynamic society I can only but admire. But as these youngsters wander back tonight I feel for them. They will be exposed to the nasty side of Britain as the nasty left spits bile not sympathy. All they will want is to be back home with their families.
My thoughts are with those hurt, killed or mourning in Boston. But my thoughts are also with a stunned and unhappy group of twelve young Americans wandering home tonight.
