Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The Trolling & harassment of myself and my family plumbs new depths

It seems to be followers of Versarien (VRS) and Bidstack (BIDS) leading the charge but there is another matter as well. suffice to say, this has been a bloody week and as I celebeate my birthday this weekend I wonder how many more years this can go on for. In terms of companies I discuss the hot air at Big Dish (DISH) and the red flags at, soon to leave AIM, Cloudbuy (CBUY). Followers of IQE (IQE) please take note.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - crunching the numbers after today's dire results & profits warning from IQE

In today's bearcast I take a very detailed look at IQE (IQE) and explain why the shares are worth 40p max, potentially half of that. I also cover Blue Jay Mining (JAY), Yourgene (YGEN), Tomco (TOM), Cloudbuy (CBUY) and F40 member POS Walcom (WALG). If you enjoyed this, I think, profanity free bearcast, follow a bloke from the Grim North who donated enough to buy a whole house in the welfare safari and support the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Perhaps on IQE I was right and Paul Scott wrong?

Sorry this podcast is a bit brief as I am ill.  In it I look at IQE (IQE) where I wonder if my bearishness has trumped the bullishness of Paul Scott. I look at Starcom (STAR), Tern (TERN) and Cloudbuy (CBUY)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: No fit young mums today so Cloudbuy - how much cash is left?

Sadly it is half term so that weekly treat with Joshua is postponed for another seven days. Instead I look at Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) as its shares hit new all time lows: boy that share consolidation worked well did it not? Then it is onto Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL) which is utterly fecked but why is boss Mark Gustafson not filling his boots with shares at 1p when he bought so ostentaiously at 20p+?  Then it is onto Cloudbuy (CBUY) which needs to fess up on its cash position, or rather lack of it. En passant I cover the spoof at On Line (ONL) and also revisit my earlier piece on AIM going underground.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - naughty naughty naughty Paul Scott - lets set the record straight

I felt the need for a mid afternoon nap after a draining twitter exchange with Britain's top share blogger Paul Scott in which he lambasted me for what he thought I said about his calls on TrakM8 (TRAK) in an article he admitted that he had not actually read. Suffice to say he was barking up the wrong tree. I set the record straight  and look again at TrakM8 and why Paul would be wrong to buy back in on the day my original analysis was 100% vindicated - as you can see HERE. I look at Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) and issue dire warnings. I wonder what is up at Cloudbuy (CBUY). I refer to my postcard on my own website which has just gone up. When is a foreigner not a foreigner and the silliest Guardian reading remoaning bitch in Britain HERE

Disgraced Equities First is back: covert £3m share dumping by Edi Truell at Tungsten

Equities First Holdings is back. You remember those chaps who "borrowed" shares from folks like Andrew Austin at IGAS, fraudster Rob Terry at Quindell (QPP) and Ronald Duncan at Cloudbuy (CBUY). Shares in all three companies crashed and all defaulted on the loans so completing what was in effect a hidden share sale. After almost two years the disgraced shysters of EFH are back and this time it is Edi Truell of Tungsten (TUNG) infamy who is dumping shares but wants to hide the fact.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 23 November - watching dying Unicorns

Greetings from Brooklyn. The podcast starts with a look at dying Groupon and LivingSocial, dying unicorns. What does this tell us about buying shares in cash burning companies – think most stocks on AIM. Then it is onto Armstrong Ventures (AVP), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Iofina (IOF), Alecto (ALO) and Cloudbuy (CBUY). Sorry this is a short issue with no swearing at all, but a busy day beckons.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - waiting for Globo ( and Daniel Stewart)

Already there has been bad news today for Globo (GBO) but we are waiting for the hammer blow flagged up yesterday HERE. I discuss this. Talking of waiting...I move onto Daniel Stewart (DAN). Then a few words about Northbridge (NBI) and Cloudbuy (CBUY) before a bit of a swipe at Uk Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Alba Minerals (ALBA). There is a mention of Ortac (OTC) and also of Mariana Resources (MARL) and its overpaid POS CEO Glenn Parsons.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 14 October - lunch with Lucian, Lenigas, African Potash and dicksplash lawyers

Sorry for the delay, blame lunch with Lucian. In this podcast I discuss questions about Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) and read out a confidential email. Then there is the incompetency of the dicksplash lawyers seeking to injunct me, the new idiocy of some UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) shareholders and then onto Sula Iron (SULA), Sefton (SER), the movng to ISDX business, Eden Research (EDEN), Environmental Recycling (ENRT), African Potash (AFPO), Alba Minerals (ALBA) - placing ahoy - and Cloudbuy (CBUY), ditto.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 8 October: To quote Rambo "Don't push it or I'll give you a war you won't believe"

Naturally I have a complete box set of both the Rambo and the Rocky films on DVD. I have suggested to my Mrs and her mad lefty friends that we have a relaxing weekend in watching both box sets but for some reason they don't seem too keen. Perhaps they would settle for Delta Force? Did I read that there wil be a new Rambo film where he takes on ISIS? Bring it on. The quote is prompted by a threatening email received from the boss of a firm booted off the AIM casino. It will not wash. In this podcast I discuss Belzone Mining (BZM), aka Bellend Mining, Cloudbuy (CBUY), Inspirit (INSP) where I suspect the next news from the David Lenigas boiler room will be another placing, Sareum (SAR), Motive TV (MTV) and Getafix Stacey fave Feedback (FDBK).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 5 October - Suspension is never good & a cheap joke

A visit to the quack today was not good news but at least the woes of English rugby and LGO Energy (LGO) are there to cheer me up. in this podcast I discuss Alexander Mining (AXM), Cloudbuy (CBUY), the hoods at Equities First Holdings LLC (EFH), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Imaginatik (IMTK), Wandisco (WAND), Mirada (MIRA), Range Resources (RRL), tech stocks vs mining stocks, Amanda Van Dyke and, to end, I can't resist a cheap joke about the rugby.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 9/11 - Looking back & forward & a rip roaring day on AIM

It is 9/11 and I look back 14 years. I also reflect on the Orwellian way we all viewed Syria earlier this week. Looking forward, we have sold 90% of the restaurant in Clerkenwell to the pizza hardman Darren Atwater. we end up slightly ahead on the deal but I have had enough of running businesses and blame my own old age and the Tories for that. This is the start of my wind-down. On AIM its a cracking day with another China fraud kill, China Chaintek (CTEK) and more fun and games at Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN), Redhall (RHL), Monitise (MONI), Sefton Resources (SER, Cloudbuy (CBUY) and Golden Saint Resources (GSR). And I am getting into bed with Rob Proctor of Audioboom (BOOM). Not literally but...well I explain in full. in the podcast.
