Alessandro Zamboni’s Nuburu: more nonsense numbers vicar?

Nuburu (US:BURU) has issued a Press Release stating that it expected shareholders equity to be positive and in excess of $2 million as at 31 March 2026 and in the region of $3.2 million.  If Nuburu had got its quarterly 10Q report filed already it could have issued a more definitive statement. But I guess giving accurate numbers is only for little people.

Insolvent fraud Supply@Me Capital 'fesses that suspension looming yet again

Today, Supply@ME Capital (SYME) has warned that its audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 will not be available by the reporting deadline of 30 April 2026, 4 months after its year end.  So its worthless shares will be suspended on May 1.  Last year, the audited accounts were only published following the receipt of extensively delayed funding from its US sister company, the insolvent fraud Nuburu (US:BURU) on 13 October 2025, over 5 and half months after deadline day..

Andrew Monk sired stockmarket abomination Silverwood Brands two dollops of appalling results and shameful financial reporting processes

Listed at 40p, four an a half years ago by Andrew Monk’s VSA Capital as a company set to buy into Lush, Silverwood Brands (SLWD) has been a disgraceful abomination as this website has documented and exposed, from the start. The Lush deal turned out to be illegal and had to be reversed at great cost. Sulverwood shares now trade with a spread wide enough to drive Monk’s ego through at 5p-15p following yesterday’s long overdue results for the 18 months ended 30 June 2025 and its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2025. It is hard to know where to start with this dog’s dinner.

Nigel Farage’s pals at Stack BTC – now the PR emails to join in the shifty refusal to answer questions about boardroom entitlement

I believe that the NAV of Stack BTC (STAK) the hugely overvalued bitcoin spoof company run by Kwasi Kwarteng and backed by Nigel Farage will be seriously eroded by the contractual entitlements of the 7 person board. I have asked the company’s CEO, its advisor, smug Andrew Monk’s VSA, and its PR firm the disgraced journalist smearers at Yellow Jersey what the pay, bonuses on offer and other contractual benefits are of each of the directors.

Insolvent Zamboni fraud Nuburu shares suspended until 2 March for consolidation

In a Press Release yesterday, Alessandro Zamboni’s insolvent US fraud Nuburu  (US:BURU) revealed that the regulatory reason for its suspension from trading was due to its share price falling below the minimum trading price for the NYSE American Exchange and that it will remain suspended until it has completed a 4.99 for 1 reverse stock split or share consolidation as follows:
