Cirata: a shareholder writes demanding chair and CEO be axed

I am a – wholly vindicated – perma bear of Cirata (CRTA), formerly the Wandisco unicorn fraud. The obscene pay of CEO Stephen Kelly and disgusting way funds in a loss making company are used for things like sponsoring his daughter’s hockey team, the repeatedly missed targets and ongoing cash burn maker the shares uninvestable. Now it seems that some of the peasants who have ignored my repeated sell advice are seeing the light and are revolting. One such shareholder has written to the company and his missive has found its way to me via Winnileaks. Enjoy.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: A Thought on Kefi, many thoughts on Cirata

Greetings from a very cold Greek Hovel. I offer a thought on Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) and lots of thoughts on Cirata (CRTA), a cxompany founded by a man who thunks its okay to profit from a criminal conspiracy.

Jolly hockey sticks at Cirata – is there yet another warning on the way?

I have only ever been bearish about Cirata (CRTA) formerly the Wandisco fraud. But on 14 January this posterboy for the AIM Casino. whose shares were once well above ten quid, suggested that it was turning the corner. Is that really the case?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 2: Getting mansplained to as to why its all different this time

I start with more NHS fun and games: can any Shipman listening explain why I must wait 4 weeks for a 5 minute blood test. Then a chap mansplains to me at Jaya's birthday party. Then it is Optibiotix (OPTI), World Chess (CHSS), Cirata (CRTA) and Quantum Energy Data (MAST).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 1: it is so easy to quit New York or the UK and pay less tax and the list of reasons why Stephen Kelly is a Cirata red flag

I start with tax. Those celebrating Zohram Mamdani in New York or Rachel from accounts in the UK need to appreciate just how easy it is to move somewhere warmer and also save a packet on tax. I reckon the Mrs and I would pay a blended 7% tax in Greece, possibly just 5%. Then onto Cirata (CRTA) and the follow up from this morning's scoop about its CEO and the women's hockey team and why the shares are so utterly uninvestable.

EXPOSE: Cirata boss Stephen Kelly and the Barnes women’s hockey team scandal

Cash guzzling Cirata (CRTA), formerly the Wandisco fraud, will almost certainly run out of cash in the first half of 2026. Yet another bailout placing is a nailed on cert. Just last week it let another bunch of senior engineering staff go in Sheffield and Belfast as it aims to reduce the cashburn. But that operational cashburn in the last reported quarter was approaching $1 million a month. In that vein, the tale of the Barnes Women’s hockey team appears shocking

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 1: Cirata founder's departure and dire trading statement, everything stinks

I am quite angry with the PR shitheads for Cirata (CRTA). Today I discuss how the brains behind the company seems to have left the building and a trading statement which is misleading and screams cash crisis and placing ahoy! Drowning in red flags this is a bargepole stock.

DYNAMITE: Cirata, a whistleblower writes

I am convinced that Cirata (CRTA), formally Wandisco, will again run out of money and so the next placing is a when not an if. I am also less than convinced that its tech offering has any real commercial traction. A former employer has been in touch regarding recent RNS’s and wants to blow the whistle. Winnileaks is here to help. The employee writes:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 2: is w*nker a rude word in America? asking for a Satsuma owning moron

I start with Greek news (good) and then agreeing with Brian Basham, champagne socialist of the year 2002-25, on the latest madness of Rachael from Customer Services on mortgages and cash ISAs. Then Ariana (AAU), Satsuma (SATS), Cirata (CRTA) and Sosandar (SOS)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: If only there'd been a technical analyst on board to warn folks about a 95% share price collapse

That silly woman from Shares Magazine probably thinks it is racist to make that Zak Mir/Lift Global Ventures (LFT) joke again but it is good enough as the shares plunge to a new low to make it yet again. But seriously folks, I ten turn to Marechale Capital (MAC), the upper class twit of the year 2012-24 and Weardale Lithium, Ariana (AAU),.First Class Metals (FCM), Cirata (CRTA) and Aston Martin (AML)(, both of which are still shorts. I also look at gold stocks as gold hits a new high of $3,123 oz.

Cirata: told y’all, yet another warning it is

It tried to sugar the pill with news of a $2 million live data migration (LDM) project with a US bank which starts on 31 December. Really, will there be that much wo9rk done on New Year’s Eve? I wonder how the auditors will treat that revenue in terms of recognition? But then the bad news…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Jeremy Clarkson bloody well should pay full IHT

I start with the snow and lazy teachers hence the delayed bearcast, then to farmers and IHT where my views are maybe not as you might expect. Then it is onto Cirata (CRTA), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and to BSF Enterprise (BSFA)
