Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Cellular Goods races towards zero, tough luck David Beckham ( statement on RTO & fund raise needed)

I start with a few words on the weather here in North Wales which brings much joy to my kids and then on Warwick School historic abuse matters. Then it is on to Caracal Gold (GCAT), Corero (CNS), Cellular Goods (CBX), Dev Clever (DEV), Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and THG (THG).

Oi Corero: sales are vanity, cash is reality, your trading statement is meaningless and your valuation is a total rum ‘n’coke

I say that sales are vanity but today’s “record” half year trading update does not seem to have much to boast about in that department and as to profits? Er… dream on. For Corero (CNS) that is the stuff of shagging Cheryl Cole land. It is pure fantasy.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: There needs to be a full Stewards into the Anglesey Mining share price

No Advent calendar news today as I had to rush Joshua to his Nursery ahead of his Carol service. And it was the sort of event where you as a parent just want to hug your child as I explain. Then it is onto Anglesey Mining (AYM), those A Grade knaves at Iconic (ICON) and a detailed look at the ramptastic news from cash strapped Corero (CNS) and my analysis of why it is a) overvalued and b) going to run out of other folks’ money ( again) in Q2 2021.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Maybe this time the odious bullshitter O'Leary is right

In today’s podcast I look at the pronouncements from the odious leprechaun at Ryanair (RYA), Michael O’Leary. He may be right in what he says but that is no reason to buy airline shares. Then I cover Corero (CNS), Open Orphan (ORPH), where I am both vindicated after Friday’s letter to AIM Regulation and also a seller of more shares today, Novacyt (NCYT), Collagen (COS), Falanx (FLX), and Bidstack (BIDS). Thanks to those who have donated to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks but most of you have not yet! Please do spare a few bob as the campsite needs our help urgently if it is to make it to 2021. Donate HERE

Corero – a big stock overhang, no earnings visibility and the threat of a placing – what’s not to like?

Steve Moore and I have been perma bears of software dog Corero (CNS) for many moons. Of course some folks knew better, notably City investors Miton which built up a stake of 15.89% across two of its funds. Then last week Corero issued a shocking warning which Steve covered HERE and I covered HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Time to fecking panic? If you hold shite yes! Time to write to Burford's Nomad, AIM Regulation etc

A bit better, only 1 coughing fit in 25 minutes. Thanks for all your best wishes. In today’s podcast I discuss the threat of recession and what it means for your portfolio, a grilling for ‘Arry of Kefi (KEFI) for you to take part in, all things Burford (BUR) with references to Avanti (AVN) and Quindell (QPP) and why I’m writing to the Nomad and AIM Regulation this weekend and Corero (CNS) which is a true shocker in every respect. We did warn y’all!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Finncrap interims (you are taking the piss) and when is the IQE profits warning?

In today's podcast I explain domestic disturbances caused by the need to move to the Grim Northern welfare safari and to be closer to my mother-in-law. Oh happy days. In the podcast itself I look at FinnCap (FCAP), IQE (IQE), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Amur Minerals (AMC), Cabot (CAB) and Corero (CNS) a most almighty sell however you look at it.

Corero - 4th bit of "good news" since interims - look at the balance sheet it is placing ahoy!

Corero's (CNS) disastrous interims were just six weeks ago and since then we have had four pieces of good news announced with great, ramptastic, fanfare: two contract wins, a new partnership agreement and, today, a contract renewal. It can only mean one thing, this is the pump before the dump, it is placing ahoy. Just look at the historic numbers and do the maths...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - not a day I want to repeat

There seems to be a lot happening and as a result this bearcast comes to you from Shipston. I will head back to London later tonight and hope to see you all at UK Investor Show tomorrow. Pro tem I comment on Corero (CNS), Minoan (MIN), Amryt (AMYT) and Wishbone (WSBN) - we own the last two on that list and are very happy to do so. I also comment on allegations made elsewhere by the "share blogger of the year."

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: When are the placings at dog Corero and uber-ramp Amur?

When it looks like placing ahoy, sounds like placing ahoy and smells like it is placing ahoy it usually is placing ahoy. I look at the numbers for Corero (CNS) and Amur Minerals (AMC). In this podcast threatened by the greed of morbidly obese three legged cat Oakley, I also cover NCC Group (NCC) following up from yesterday's late in the day article, Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) Beowiulf (BEM) and TrakM8 (TRAK).  I also look at the laughable PR of worthless crap company Fitbug (FITB). There is a stand alone bearcast on the joke news from Servision (SEV) HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Hard number crunching on Corero and Jim Griffin for the slammer?

With a hat tip to the pizza hard man Darren Atwater, I start with the sad tale of the demise of wearables darling Vinaya. Does this hold any lessons on investing or warnings for Cloudtag (CTAG) and Fitbug (FITB)? Oh yes! Then it is on to London Capital Group (LCG), Kennedy Ventures (KENV), Autins (AUTG) where - in my view - the now ex CEO Jim Griffin should face a full stewards at the FCA, insolvent dog Andalas (ADL) and finally a look at Corero (CNS) where I crunch the hard numbers for you and the results are not good.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Leather clad Rita from Magnolia prepares to whip the naked buttocks of her shareholders again, they love it!

According to the Daily Telegraph, it is a fact that folks who use bad language are more honest than those who speak like Angels. You know where I am fucking well coming from. In this podcast I look at Fitbug (FITB), Servision (SEV), Corero (CNS), Greatland Gold (GGP), me breaking a New Year financial resolution already and also Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP)

Corero - just when is the next rescue placing?

It was only seven months ago that AIM uber-dog Corero (CNS) appointed Cenkos as its joint broker and promply raised just under £9 million at 22p. Gosh i am glad that i am not an institutional client of Cenkos with the raft of dogs and frauds it has acted for in recent years. The shares are now just 9.5p to sell. But another bailout placing looks inevitable. Just do the math!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - when will there be 10 billion LGO shares in issue?

On today's bearcast I look at Jiasen (JSI) but have to speak quietly since Oakley may get the wrong idea when I discuss a dead cat bounce. I also cover Xtract Resources (XTR), Obtala (OBT), Corero (CNS), Toople (TOOP), GCM Resources (GCM) and in some detail LGO Energy (LGO)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: From A for Avanti to Z for Zero via F for Flea

Still no news on Tom Jnr but I shall keep you posted. Actually the Mrs has banned the name Tom and is on a bit of a roll for cot related reasons. On the markets I look at Avanti Communications (AVN), Ocado (OCDO) and in detail Corero (CNS) and Tyratech (TYR) and cannot resist a smug mention of Wishbone Gold (WSBN) after my weekend comment HERE.

Corero appoints new nomad & broker - that means placing imminent: sell

Corero (CNS) had, in Finncap, an existing Nomad and broker who the City thinks are acceptable although I regard them as complete & utter bastards. But I am even more scathing about Quindell's pals at Cenkos and today Corero (CNS) has appointed those mothers as its new Nomad and broker, 24 hours ahead of its results.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 2 Feb - why we are buying BP today at 335p

I have won £5 from Shipston's Buffett for tracking down a long lost cousin to whom he has not spoken in 50 years. That is my main achievment today. I shall comment on InternetQ (INTQ) and MX Oil (MXO) elsewhere. I start with a look at BP (BP.) and explain why we have bought the shares today. Then I look at Corero (CNS) in detail and at Condor Gold (CNR), Nighthawk (HAWK), Petroceltic (PCI), Mosman (MSMN) and Aureus (AUE) before a detailed look at the dog Blur (BLUR).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 11 Jan - Koovs Disgusts me, Afriag - incoming!

I think that Koovs (KOOV) is a basket case anyway but the manner in which it disclosed information - or lack of it - this morning is disgusting and treats private investors with contempt. The Gulf Keystone (GKP ) RNS is a shocker & I have cut my target price to well below 10p. Some folks just don't seem to accept how the oil price has changed everything and I discuss why certain stocks are now well and truly toast notably Northern Petroleum (NOP), IGAS (IGAS) and LGO Energy (TOAST).  I am delighted to see that Cynical Bear's articles yesterday have had some impact and comment on Corero (CNS) in detail. And then Afriag (AFRI). Its my birthday tomorrow and I have a present for Yusuf Kajee to celebrate. Incoming!
