Predator Oil & Gas Placing Part 2, is this an undeclared related party deal?

I have already commented on how, in the space of 15 days, Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) has gone from fully funded for 12 months to discounted placing to raise 3 Bernies organized by the biggest spiv brokers in town. But, as he starts his second pack of the day, correspondent Pete “fagash” Brailey, formerly of this Parish, asks if this is an undeclared related party deal on the table.
