On 26 June at the AGM of Union Jack Oil (UJO) , which I shall be attending waving a proxy paper, the three surviving troughers ( David Bramhill, Joe O’Farrell & Zac Philips) will be voted off the board and new boss Craig Howie will immediately terminate the £120,000 consultancy agreements of poodle Philips and snivelling coward and current NED Graham Bull. In that light the company, which claimed to have cash of c£1.5 million at December 31 2025 has just announced that it has taken out a £1 million loan from Egdon Resources. WTF?

I am told that Union Jack Oil (UJO) is preparing an RNS attacking Craig Howie and his call to sack the greedy and useless board. We know that Howie will win the AGM vote so the cost of the board fighting him is just money wasted as the troughers try to prolong their troughing. Howie has however got in first with a letter going out today to shareholders. It reads:

The dismal Share Talk website hosts London’s worst spivs among them the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood who pens “Malcy’s Blog”. Earlier this week Union Jack Oil (UJO) dismissed NEDS Craig Howie and brought in two new NEDS, one of whom, laughably, is already a well paid consultant to Union Jack. If Zac Phillips is independent I am a banana.
