Versarien – Total Carbide now in administration, does anyone care about learning lessons?

Back in the good old days when Neill Ricketts was the darling of the BBM community and pumpers such as Alan Green, Doc Holliday and Zak Mir used to launch vile personal attacks on me, queerying my motives, for asking numerous questions about Versarien (VRS) and exposing its LIES one if the defences was the strength of the asset backing.

Versarien – assets of former subsidiary, AAC Cyroma sold for buttons, was prior RNS prudent?

On 15 December 2025 Versarien (VRS) issued an update on its disposal of AAC Cyroma Limited, to Harper Bennett Limited for a total consideration of £550,000.  Harper Bennett only paid four instalments totalling £137,500 leaving £412,500 outstanding. It then welched which, given its historic finances, was hardly surprising.
