I am nothing if not a good citizen and this morning I had a long chat with a nice young man called Dan at the FCA. I am not sure he entirely gripped the accounting points that I was explaining in as simlpe terms as I could manage and so it was agreed that I should report Nicola Horlick's Denmark Square Limited, trading as Money & Co and authorised by the FCA, in writing. I have done just that, requesting a formal enquiry. I am now also in discussions with my pals at the FRC as to whether Denmark's misleading accounts come under its remit, I fear not but its worth checking it out. My letter to the FCA follows:
