Versarien: intention to appoint administrators, some folks still in denial or blaming poor Dr Sour Kraut

This £205 million AIM Sewer blow up is now in its final death throes but still some folks are in denial. The company’s NEDs have all resigned, the shares are suspended on the AIM Casino and the company says that it “intends” to appoint Leonard Curtis as administrators. It is that word “intends” that gives false hope to the poor sheeple

Versarien: how on earth was BDO not negligent in this £55 million scandal?

Versarien (VRS) continues to try and sell Total Carbide having failed to get an offer for more than a year, its PLC assets and its shares in Spanish joke operation Gnanomat but warns that the proceeds, if any, will not cover creditors in full, i.e. will be less than six million quid. I doubt they will come anywhere close. And that raises massive questions for auditor BDO, indeed for the whole AIM Casino ecosystem as this now a £55 million scandal.
I flagged up each time Versarien (VRS) has served up annual results that BDO had shown insufficient professional scepticism with regard to the carrying value of assets.

Versarien – it is what it does not say that should terrify shareholders

Today’s GM at Versarien (VRS) will no doubt pass resolutions allowing for the issue of a blizzard of confetti and a share consolidation. The alternative is insolvency before Christmas. In a verbose statement which shamed chairperson Dianne Savory will read out. It is what the woman who seems relaxed about other women being targeted and harassed, does not say which is a killer.

Versarien says turnaround on track, if so then so too is my plan to shag Cheryl Cole

At a GM called to authorise the issuance of lorry loads more worthless shares, the chairperson of Versarien (VRS) claims its turnaround is on track. Bollocks. Chairperson Dianne Savory has yet to apologise for not stopping a culture where, egged on by the ex-CEO, shareholders discussed having me killed and plotting to get my wife sacked so is someone not fit to chair a public company. Worse still, her claims are utterly delusional.
