Kefi in the FTSE 250, I kid you not: here are the maths

When Amaroq (AMRQ) moves from the AIM Casino to the main market its market cap means that it will go straight into the FTSE 250 Index which will mean that there may be a bit of buying by Index funds but there will certainly be buying by funds that would not buy shares in a FTSE Small Cap let alone a company on AIM. But could KEFI Gold & Copper (KEFI) also get into the FTSE 250? Do not laugh.

J Sainsbury – recently risen fast for a FTSE ‘elephant’ and another dividend secured, so...

Recommending shares in J Sainsbury (SBRY) as an Income buy in November at a 199.7p offer price, we noted grocery and general merchandise sales had remained strong to date in its second half of the year and suggested a 260p+ share price achievable. Little more than 7 months later the shares are already nearly there.

Cantor Fitzgerald, Stewart Dickson, the fraud African Potash and the exact timeline as AIM delisting confirmed.

For what it is worth there was an announcement yesterday from FTSE stating that African Potash (AFPO) shares will be delisted from the start of trading on 11 January (next Wednesday). Potash has not confirmed this but it looks like it is game over. It cannot refinance while listed on NEX (ISDX) so it will go bust soon. Legal redress can follow but we can now start to piece together a few fascinating dates from three months ago.
