Apparently according to twitter fucktard Gavin Fitzpatrick my commentary about Hemogenyx (HEMO) is because I have a “grudge” which explains why I have ignored so many obvious frauds just to obsess constantly about this one company. Gavin admits to not reading any of my articles but knows they are all wrong. Next he will be lambasting me or either batting for cancer or for trying to take down another “great British company” becuase i am eiher a Mossad agent or a Russian asset. Or both. The FCA gets a note about Sealand and its CEO tomorrow but anyone holding shares in any company with a direct link here is insane.

EXPOSE: Serial penny share fraudster Ron Bauer convicted again in US but still operating in UK: will the FCA finally act?

Leopards do not change their spots and last week, London based Ron Bauer was yet again convicted of penny share fraud in the US Courts as you can see below. He was sentenced to 20 months in the slammer and forced to hand over $4,377,228.74. The chances of the UK Regulator putting him or known associate Adrian Beeston, the financial backer of Zak Mir, out of business? Zero.

Genflow and the results release that was not

Genflow (GENF) the company created by pump and dump penny share fraudster Ron Bauer and his known associate Adrian Beeston announced at 7 AM that it had released its annual results. Natch, the RNS contained no results at all but referred you instead to the website. And at 8 AM when I rang the company’s brokers, Clear Capital, the results were not up on the website either. They are now. So what is Genflow trying to hide?

The most amazing bear dossier of the year so far - Hindenburg on Enochian (and the link to UK listed Genflow)

It strikes me that Nasdaq listed Enochian (ENOB) is a zero as the man behind it, Serhat Gumrukcu, is a lifelong criminal now facing a possible death sentence in the US as he is charged with having a whistleblowing former associate murdered. Genflow – termination with immediate effect, the PR firm and the murder charge

Last week, I exposed how Standard Listed company, Genflow (GENF), was created by a convicted pump-and-dump fraudster, currently facing an 85-year prison sentence. He and his “known associate”, Mr Adrian Beeston, supposedly own 20% of the equity, for which they paid peanuts.  That alone should trigger an FCA enquiry, but it gets worse.
