Letter to FCA: Forward selling – Quantum Data Energy is your golden opportunity

I believe that the resignation of its auditor signals a bombshell lies underneath Quantum Data Energy (QDE) which will completely destroy it. But there is another matter, the forward selling of its last placing. This is a golden opportunity for the FCA to tackle this scourge of Aim and the Small Cap market.
