I hope this does not sound conceited but I think this is possibly my best bearcast for some time. I really enjoyed this from start to finish. Maybe I shall not go into retirement just yet, after all. Or maybe I still will. Anyhow, on the agenda: Redcentric (RCN), MX Capital (MXCP), the FCA, Mkango Resources (MKA), Independent Resources (IRG), arrogant dickhead fund managers and the UK Investor Show.

I find myself back in London ahead of a big event tonight as I explain HERE. So I am working at the pizza place now known as Wedge Issue and run by hipster Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater. It is most excellent and I commend it to you all if you are in Clerkenwell, although I am not sure I get this hipster business at all. I'm getting old. In the main podcast I look at why the LSE Asylum just does not work. In terms of stocks I cover Independent Resources (IRG), Nyota (NYO), FastForward (FFWD),Challenger (CHAL), the joke regulation one sees on the Standard List, Regency Mines (RGM) and some coal assets some folks think will go into the joke that is "New Worthington".

No doubt the spivs are on the ramp again but shares in Independent Resources (IRG) have dived by 30% to 0.415. That is because the stock has today on ex-rights on the open offer announced today. If you buy now you do not get to take part in a 2 for 3 offer at 0.065p! So do the maths again.

Shares in Independent Resources (IRG) are up 569% today. I know James Parsons of Sound Energy (SOU) has joined but this is insanity, a rampfest by many of the usual suspects. Just do the maths! If you cannot I can do it for you in his bonus podcast.

I comment on my smoking - after 12 days I am still clean and on the weekend's sport. Then onto ISDX and the silly claims by whichever pompous git runs it that it is the new AIM. I explain why it is not, what ISDX shares we own or wish we own (Mechan, Chapel Down & Coinsilium) and why we wont buy any more at all. I discuss the Alba pump and dump as the Horse Hill Gatwick flusher ( of mug punter cash down the pan) saga continuies. Finally my low point of the week: Independent Resources ( IRG) - it makes me feel sick...

We warned you two days ago that Independent Resources (IRG) was trying to spoof investors with a bogus announcement in order to get a discounted placing away...it has not taken long, the placing today is a shocker. the FCA and AIM Regulation must investigate.
As a reminder, Independent tried to persuade us that a supplier had accepted payment in shares at 0.6p. The shares were in fact trading at par at 0.1p. The shares raced ahead to 0.3p plus on this spoof (we explain why it is a spoof here). And today the company has raised a pitiful £93,000 at 0.12p which will keep the PLC lights on for just another few weeks.

Independent Resoures (IRG) is almost bust and will do a placing to keep the lights on very soon. But its shares are up by 185% today at 0.3p thanks to an RNS which is a spoof aimed at fooling mug punters. It has worked, never underestimate the stupidity of AIM investors.

Unlike yesterday's podcast this was recorded before lunchtime and, anyway, I am staying sober until after my presentation tonight when I might be less sober. Okay I am celebrating the impending departure of Afriag (AFRI) from AIM so might get a bit carried away in this podcast, there is a bit of bad langauge. Warning: This podcast contains bad language and some not terribly PC remarks about the Germans. A bit of an argument this morning with Paul Scott, Britain's top share blogger, on the subject of TrakM8 (TRAK). For once he sounded like a bit of a stale bull and I go through the bull excuses when faced with analysis like THIS. I am right on this one. I also cover Environmental Recycling (ENRT) and Motive TV (MTV) both of which are flea ridden dogs with puss ouzing from every pore and should be put down at once. Then it is on to Nostra Terra (NTOG) and Independent Resources (IRG) as well as Northern Petroleum (NOP) and Armadale Capital (ACP). I did not cover Corero (CNS) but I see its shares are slipping so should ask "when is the placing" and I gave Jabba The Hutt a break today but if you need a fix there is an LGO expose HERE
